Does any one know if they increase the credit limit on your next order as I dont want all this hassle again...:)

yes they do! Not sure how much they increase it by, but they do increase your credit limit. So don't worry and well done on your great campaign!

Amara, :j well done! For a first campaign that is very good! Here's to an even better second campaign.

Lozza. Huni, so sorry and will be thinking of you on Friday :(

To everyone else, sorry not been around much, things bit tough at moment, have a rep who has had a mystery order delivered, she never ordered it and Avon were supposed to return to courier, sounds like they have delivered to her new address, sent her items she didn't order and someone has changed her email address on her account, so she is not happy!

Let's just say I am putting in orders here and there as my customers have decided not to place on time but give them to in me in bits and drabs and then say they want it now!

really need to get out with my expired books and do some canvassing and recanvass my territory.

My part time job want me to work full time with no extra money, so I said no, and now they are giving me even more responsibility! So either Avon needs to pick up or I need to find a different part time job.

Well in my order this time I had someone elses invoice! I had mine too but in one of my boxes I found another ladies who lives the other end of the Country. Would you inform Avon or just destroy and chuck away?

I've also asked my ASM for more territory....again. Fingers crossed she replies to me this time and gives me a few more houses.

Cannot answer that particular question. However a similar thing happened with blusher recently & I got mega confused & so ended up ordering one of each colour & returning the one I didn't want. Maybe try doing that?

Thanks, yes, that's what I suggested too but my clever little newbie emailed Avon and turns out that the colours and item nos are correct but the descriptions are the wrong way round.....

    Wednesday Winge.....

Just looked up my invoice & have items unavailable (again) including fit flops (again).

When I started doing Avon 6 yrs ago we always had loads of items unavailable. The first Xmas was an absolute nightmare, about one fifth of my sales were unavailable. The grovelling & apologising to my customers was so embarrasing. Since then, Avon have really improved this situation but recently the 'unavailable items' have been creeping up again. Has anyone else noticed this?

Come on Avon!! It's enough that customers wait 3 weeks for their order let alone 6+ weeks.

Are you in one of the later Mail Plans? Am 'D' and got to say, apart from the toning flipflops (which if my online invoice is to be believed are all going to be delivered tomorrow :T) and the reed diffuser (ditto :T ) it's not often I have things out of stock (other than clearance items, of course.)

Just did my first Avon Party last night. I was really worried about it before, but it went really well. I had games and a raffle planned but didn't do any of that as it was more like a little get together, so just handed out books and order forms, then showed a few products. Every person who was there ordered and total orders came to 157 euros. Not much in the grand scheme of things but it was ten new customers who I wouldn't have got otherwise and they are already planning the next Avon Party!

    Well done, rachelet. :T

Met a UK rep today, who has a lot of friends in France. Made me wonder how the prices compare i.e. would it be worth her offering to post Avon goodies out to her friends or are they available locally at the same book price? For example, SSS Dry Oil Body Spray (code 6700) - full price £5 here in the UK but more often than not on offer from £2-£2.50 How much is that in France?

I'd definitely inform Avon-for the sake of the other rep. Imagine-if you had no invoice-it would worry you.
Whether it makes any difference or not who knows as the amount to pay is available online-if the other rep knows what she is doing online of course-we do rather take it for granted!

Thanks MC, one pair was a new order in C12, one was a free replacement.

If you get a pair in size 6/7 would you be willing to send me a pair if I pay £15 plus P&P? Just that I've already got an order in hand for a good customer!

    Hi CG,

PM me with your email details and will gladly let you have a pair @ £10 + p&p That should hopefully leave you a bit of commission too ;)

    Hi Ladies,
Finally had my campaign 11 delivered yesterday after alot of hassle with my order being over my credit limit and so I had to do 2 seperate orders. Have got to get all my deliveries out tonight and pay avon tonight so I can order my C12 tomorrow.

Can't guarantee it, obviously, but would seem logical that the longer your credit history with Avon, the higher they'll raise your limit.

    Good luck.
