    Hiya,
Im reasonably new to avon, on my 3rd campaign. On my last one a customer didnt pay for the items that she had ordered. I went to her house, she told me to come back the next day and she wasnt in, left a calling card and I have heard nothing from her. I went through the steps of requesting credit's but its not showing as pending. Should it be? also do I send them back with the driver next week when he delivers my order.
Thanks for any help you can give. Becky :)

Have you requested the credit and submitted it (red icon) to Avon? If you have done it correctly, Avon will have emailed you with confirmation that they received your credit/replacement request. If you haven't had that email confirmation, speak to your SL (or ASM if you signed up direct with Avon) - they can view your account/website and should be able to identify what the problem is.

And, yes, once you've submitted your request for credit there's a link on Avon's acknowledgement page 'Print Returns Form'; follow the instructions, prints a two part form (one goes in the box, the other is your receipt, which the carrier will sign). As long as your returns box is ready (with bar code address label attached) the carrier will collect it when he next delivers to you.

Oh, and of course don't forget to deduct the amount of your returns off the Account Balance showing. Takes Avon a day or so to update their website so it's better for you to 'take charge' of what you know you owe irrespective of what your website says.
Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon ;))

Well done, Amara; know it may sound silly but it's great to get that little buzz when you pick up an order, eh?
    Oh yes , it's great :)
  • Hello

One of my customers is partially sighted and whilst she loves Avon products has problems reading the brochure and does not like using the internet, I was wondering if anyone knows if you can get Avon brochures for people with impaired sight.

Could you tell me if the LOTUS REED DIFFUSER is still available to buy past C14?
BLACK AND GOLD KAFTAN is that past C14?

It doesn't appear so in either case, LC.

    Thanks, hadn't noticed....

On the other hand, if they have discontinued it then it's bound to end up in Clearance at some point so view it as a purchasing opportunity! ;)

Yes its already been in a clearance book I think so i bought a couple. I'm rubbish though at buying stuff and then forgetting where I put it so I haven't bought many!! Just hoping they decide to reintroduce it (I have sent a request via contact us - I think they are fed up of hearing from me!!).

My SL says to say to men who are dismissive "do you not wash?" :rotfl: not quite brave enough for that one myself!

Any Avon rep who said that to me would certainly not get an order but the reply "Yes I do, and the products I buy are better than the !!!! you're trying to sell" (even if the products weren't better than Avon).
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

sylvergrunge - sorry for late reply I've been chaotic for a few days.

Interesting re the treasure beads - yes the longer one is sort of grey in colour, I'm not sure about it but will keep it until I get some more! My pink one is PALER than in the book, as is the green one! But then Avon do claim they are hand painted ..... they were obviously running out of paint on my day and using the watered down stuff!

Ref replacements, I'm not sure what the official line is, but I was told 5-10 working days (Monday-Friday). So yes it could be up to 2 weeks.
