  • Can anyone tell me how long it takes for replacements (so much for immediate!!!) to arrive? I Ordered some on 5th July and they are all still showing as status received!!! Does this mean they haven't even sent them out yet?

    Hi I thought that when you ask for a replacement, it turned up about a week later and was still showing as status recieved! So it's probably on its way.

    Hi all. Can any of you tell me how I go about leaving Avon?

    They didn't send me my last order, as they claim I owe them £1.87. In fact, that's the value of the item that I've asked them to replace as they didn't include it in my last order (although I paid for it).

    I'm now getting a ton of 'silent' calls from their call centre in Mumbai yet again. I really wish they'd sort themselves out!

    Anyway, not surprisingly, I've had enough. So any ideas on how I 'resign'?

    Avon usually quote 5-7 days (not sure whether that's just to cover w/e's or actual working days).

    Sometimes things arrive pdq, other times they seem to take ages.

    Could you tell me if the LOTUS REED DIFFUSER is still available to buy past C14?
    BLACK AND GOLD KAFTAN is that past C14?

    Two types of replacement: immediate, which is normally posted out within 5-7 days; and 'regular/normal', which will come out with your next scheduled delivery.

    No process to 'leaving' as far as I know other than advising your immediate Upliner and/or Area Sales Manager. Reps just tend not to order and after a certain amount of campaigns you fall away.

    Would suggest, however, that you sort out the '£1.87 issue', otherwise you'll always show up as a 'Debt address'.

    If you go to the drop down menu from 'Place an Order', select 'credit' then search for the item that was missing but charged for. Complete it with the correct code (sorry, not sure what it is off-hand but they're all listed on the same screen when you're requesting a credit) then submit that to Avon, hopefully that should help resolve. You may still get one 'chasing email' saying you owe money but if you reply to that same email, suggesting they check their records as you've applied for a credit corresponding to the same amount due to the item being missing from your delivery, that - hopefully - should sort it.

    Can't stress too much the importance of straightening out this little niggle whether or not you decide to cease or carry on.

    Thanks, I'd like to know if it's available at all - am owed two from C11....

    Oh, and while we're at it.... any news as to whether the white sequinned flipflops are yet available?
