I need some stuff anyway -I have always used lots of Avon products and I'm out of lots of things at the mo - so won't be sending back anyway.
So do clearance and HT items not earn commission?
Also if I wanted to order something not in the current campaigns would that earn me commission?
Cripes I thought I was quite bright until I started this - it's a veritable minefield.0 -
Everything counts towards you hitting MOV/HOV - brochures, and anything out of HT, you just don't get a discount off those items, but it would mean that you got 20%/25% off items out of the main brochures.
When you are inputting your order - on the page where you enter the product codes, anything you want to order out of the previous campaign, just change the campaign number in the drop down box next to where you type the product code. That will mean it is ordering from the previous campaign, but it will be processed with the rest of your order, and again will count towards MOV/HOV and you'll get the same discount off anything from the previous brochure too.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Thanks Lozza. I think I get it now.
20/25% discouunt off brochure items, previous or current.
No discount from HT (Demo's and clearance - which are already reduced to us anyway) But ANY spend goes toward MOV or HOV?
I really appreciate the guidance on this thread. Thanks x0 -
One more question.
How far back in brochures can we go to? Say I'm on C16 now - can I order from C13 or 14 - or even direct from the Avon Website - where I used to order as a customer?0 -

You can order from the current brochure & the previous brochure - so say 16 & 15.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
You could return £60 of stuff, put an order in £200 and you'll still get 25% discount as returns don't affect your earning level unless you are sales leader.
If the returns took you below MOV level then they would affect your earnings. So if you need to bump up an order to reach MOV in the first place it isn't unlikely that a subsequent order with returns would have the opposite effect. See what I'm getting at ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Hi ladies!
I'm new to Avon just did my first campaign (15). Previous to actually becoming an Avon rep I had never tried an Avon product and I'm really hooked already, spent all my commission on stuff but loving it... have order the Party Pack from HT which looks amazing!
Hope you don't mind if I join, please feel free to add me on AvonConnects my id is: staceybeau2014: Beaulieu Family Ticket, Pregnancy Massage, Nuby Weaning Kit

No I knew what you meant the first time lol I don't think you're getting me -
Returns aren't taken into account for mov/hov. I've had a rep who ordered £80 of stuff then returned £60. She then ordered another £80 - according to you that would mean her order would have been processed as just £20.
But it wasn't - it was counted as a £80 order so she still qualified for mov and got her discount. Returns don't affect mov/hov at all - otherwise it would be unfair on reps with avon having a 90 day money back guarantee, as sometimes you can genuinely have a lot of returns for various reasons. Avon only look at the items you order - they don't adjust for what you have returned, other than for your year to date sales for PC and of course for reducing the amount you owe on your balance.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
