Yes you can use whatever bags you like - I use plain white carrier bags when I need bags (I bought these online, but recently became a member of a cash&carry so will get them from there next time I need some). I do use avons paper bags though, perhaps you got a dodgy batch - I'd email and complain they might send you some more free.

Lozza you're a star, thanks for the info on changing my name on FB, honestly I was having a nightmare yesterday trying to get it to change!! I will post a link on here when I've set it up properly and will happily join everyone else's too

My husband registered as self-employed earlier this year and had to wait about 2 months for a letter with his ref number on. He filled it in online and got an acknowledgement e-mail back - if you got one as well at least you know they are processing your form. He rung them up after 6 weeks to find out what was going on and they said there was a bit of a backlog.

hi everyone, I know that someone on here mentioned that they use a spreadsheet to keep track of their accounts/customers but I can't remember who. After starting on pg1 and working my way down I have lost the will to live trying to find it. Can anyone help me ? I am hopeless at pc stuff so wouldn't have a clue where to start on setting up a spreadsheet ?

Could someone also advise me how long an additional order takes to come? They said 5-7 days on the phone, is this normally right. Thanks again. It says the order is 'prepared' online

It's 5-7 working days and I find that little orders take that long but bigger orders that come via courier are a bit quicker xx

Just wondering about these vista print business cards some of you have mentioned... are you designing your own? Or using the free designs they have online? I'd like to get some made up but dont know where to start.

im cross with vista print... i took up their offer for free 7 day delivery when you spend £25 as i bought a few bits and today is day 8... cant contact them via phone untill monday
