What campaign is everyone on? Ive been given campaign 14 books but someone said they had already had that one.

Hmm, your SL should have written all this info in your big Avon book, the one that she talks through with you.

I am on C15, but am backordering on C14. By this I mean my current campaign is C15, but I am still able to use C14 books, which I have been distributing and getting orders on, and I can put both books through on the same campaign.

The whole country is staggered, you will find some Reps on C14 and some on C15.

It might be that your SL hasn't tagged you for C14. This means she has given you C14 books, but you are on C15, and your order is not due for a while.

Can u tell im very very new to this. Does that mean i should have the campaign 15 books?

We are all on mailplan's. They start from A and finish at O. It is how Avon staggers the deliveries and the orders. We all have a set day and date when our orders should be submitted by 10pm and a set day when they will be delivered. This is so Avon can cope with the sheer volume of orders.

It depends on what letter you are on in the mailplan. When is your SL coming back to see you and when did she say your orders had to be in by?

I was given the books but not talked through them, so i have tried to go through them myself tonight but as i don't know much about how Avon works bit pointless but i really want to make this work. So all help is highly appreciated.

I didn't know she was coming back.
I have a delivery date on my paperwork but no date that orders have to be in by. Is that just a week before?

Did she show you how to key your orders on, if she is not coming back?

Yes, if your delivery day is a Thursday, then your orders have to be in on the Friday of the week before.

eg, my orders have to be in on Wednesday and my delivery is the following Tuesday.

Aarrrggg just had an email back from Avon saying the sealable bags without holes are discontinued so I won't be getting a replacement!!

I now have a Sales Leader and have signed up to Avon. I saw an ad in the local paper and gave her a ring. She came round yesterday and was there for an hour and a half. She seems very good, so I'm pleased. She gave me 40 books too, which I wasn't expecting!

So, off out for my first drop later, once I've prepped my books. Excited and terrified in equal measure!

Thanks again for all the helpful advice on this thread. She was surprised by how much I already knew, I think!

about the order outside my neighours house...

well its still there this morning I have had a look and the delivery date is the same as mine so the order needs to go through tonight. ive phoned my manager and she doesn't know who it belongs to. we have tried knocking the door to ask the customer but they didn't answer. my manager said to pick up the order and she will sort it out so the customer doesn't go without. feel a bit bad as they still have until tonight to pick it up. i think i might go over and explain the situation. it says on the form she would collect wednesday gone.
