Hi, thanks for your help.:) I have found the bit where you replace the item. I have put the order number underneath, hopefully I will get the right one as they havn't sent me anything about the code being wrong. However I am not sure what reason to choose as these are the only options for replacements:

50 This product leaked 62 Damaged/faulty product/packaging 51 Product damaged by leakage of another product 63 Colour/fragrance/style/size not as shown in brochure 54 Ordered and charged, but missing from box 66 Offer misunderstood/ordered wrong product/charged wrong price 61 Wrong size

Any ideas?

I sold 3 of the True Colour Blush on page 25. 2 were in russet and 1 was earthen rose. In 2 of those 3 orders, the blusher was the only thing they ordered. I'm guessing both customers were a bit rushed since one had come back from holiday and the other's just had a baby, but it's strange how they still both went for the same thing. It might be the blusher brush you get with it - if you have a loose one in your bag it can make your other products dusty, and it has its own mirror.

Wearing it yourself is the best way. FINALLY someone at work today noticed my new bag after 3 weeks of having it actually on my desk all day!!! I am bringing her a book in tomorrow to show her. No, she hasn't asked for one, but she has shown an interest and that's all I need! And have had lots of comments on my treasure bracelet with people thinking its pandora. Things which are quite striking will be the best - bright colours and large pendants for example.

As for C14 as usual I sold a variety of stuff, you could try putting a small note (print out 9 x 3 on a sheet of A4, cut out and staple to the top right hand corner of the book) which highlights your top 3 99p bargains eg:

Bargains in this book:
Shower Gel 99p!
Room Sprays 99p!
Make up 3 for £5!

OK they are made up as I don't have a book to hand but you get the idea. I never put the page numbers as that encourages anybody interested to look for the stuff, and potentially see other stuff on the way.

You can do that with most books. Keep an eye out for skin so soft bargains as everybody has heard of Avon Skin So Soft and it might encourage them to buy it.

Thanks Lozza for the tip on sticking post it notes onto the order forms to make a note of which book to order from. I'll do that now instead of relying on my brain to remember!!!

PS OH brought me a big pad of post its home from work the other week so I'll finally be putting them to use!!

this means u keep the wrong one too! As they think they havent sent you ANY lipsticks.

the alternative if that makes you feel guilty would have been 63 (colour not as shown in brochure) or 66 (ordered wrong product) and then you have to send the incorrect product back - in which case i usually write next to it on the form " XXX product sent instead of XXXX"

Got 22 items missing...... 7 orders incomplete.... 2 leaking bottles of body lotion...... and up to 6 invoices for this one campaign now as had

invoice 1/ additonal order
invoice 2/ regular order
invoice 3/ order correction cos noticed problems on online invoice pre-delivery on my orders
invoice 4/ immediate replacement cos they got order correction above wrong!!
invoice 5/avonshop.co.uk invoice (they got my correction and THEN immediate replacement wrong so ive ordered from customer site as it works out cheaper than placing an additonal and couldnt be bothered ringing them to try sort it again!)
invoice 6/ immediate replacements cos when my delivery has come today ive had even more items missing!

Oh and got to do a credit cos theyve charged me the wrong price luckily for my own thing! So got 2 returns forms already too!

Oh and im just telling a customer her mascara is temp OOS as i cant be bothered trying to email them to get me to send me one of them too as its on my order but not invoiced so cant get an immediate replacement for that.

Gotta laugh otherwise i'll cry!!!

Oh and just discovered ive got 2 dates for next weeks PC dinner, emails off ASM say its monday.. official invite says tuesday!

And people wonder why i get fed up with this business?? Its swings roundabouts and bloomin hooplas to get anything done right first time!

can someone please clarify whether i do HAVE to let the tax man know?! I work 27.5 hrs a week and avon is just part time... and probably will always be just part time lol

just thought id share with you the size of my delivery today - lovely 10 boxes to sort through :eek::eek::eek: took me nearly 5 hours to sort it bag it and sort out all the problems :rotfl:

(also had 110 brochures and sale brochures ive left in my hall)
