I have emailed my asm 3 times over the last 3 weeks to get more territory but she hasnt replied. Is there any other way of finding out where isnt being done?

no unfortunately not. Your ASM will be the only one who knows where unchartered territory is.

My Avon order hasn't turned up at the allotted time yet again!!!!!!!!

I'm fuming because I've reorganised work today to take delivery of the boxes first thing this morning and now I have to go out for most of the day so god knows when and where it will go after that!!!

What is Avon's blooming problem that they can't tell you when there's an issue with deliveries??? I've even told my customers their goods will be delivered tomorrow too and I don't even know if I'll have my order.

I'm not at all happy!

It might not be Avon's problem, they may have delivered your goods to the Courier. There maybe a problem with the courier company. Do you not have the number for the Courier Depot?

If not, ring Avon and they can give it to you. You can then ring the Courier depot and ask them when you can expect the delivery. It might be a different driver who is taking a different route.

I know its probably not Avon's fault and more like the couriers but its still a major pain for me however, I've asked my lovely neighbours if they will keep their eye out for the driver and take it in when my delivery arrives.

I'm sorry to rant, I think I got out of bed the wrong side this morning

I have had to ring couriers about OH's delivery and phone was ringing for ages before they answered, and it has been delayed and won't be delivered until Friday. So can go and do MS and let customers know it will be Friday evening.
