.... going to staple a small note on the front of the C16-C18 brochure, it'll only be small but will say:
"Order £15 from this brochure and receive a free stocking filler gift!"
Seemed to work quite well for the suncreams, people notice it more as its on the front of the brochure and I got some new customers that way because its more eye catching.0 -
I have just got my delivery for this campaign and a couple of people have ordered the Hello Kitty Gift Sets. I have noticed that the bag comes wrapped and then the products are wrapped separately. I’m not sure if it’s a silly question, but should I unwrap it all and put it in the bag for them, or just give it to them how it is?
I also had a customer order the pro-to-go lipstick in Rose Sorbet and they have stated that on the order form, but sent me Frozen Rose:(. Do I need to phone the call centre about this or is there something I can do online?M May11 55886.810 -

I'm currently on C14. A customer has ordered the Incandessence body spray on page 122. As part of the BOGOF offer she's chosen a second of the same scent. I'm curious as to how to put that through on the order form as there doesn't appear to be a seperate code for a 'free' selection. Do I put the same scent through twice? Or change the quantity to two? Does it come off automatically?
I'm so confused!

Hi,
If there are no codes for a free item and the customer has to select which one they would like you just put it through as normal and then it will automatically come off as free. So you can just change the quantity to 2.:)M May11 55886.810 -
I'm pleased to report my Avon delivery arrived, only 1.5hrs late but it did arrive although from first glance in the boxes it appears they may be a few items missing!

On a separate note, what did everyone find sold well in C14 as I could do with increasing my sales a bit!
I brought 3 Rich Moisture body lotions from the C14 clearance in advance to give as freebies to 3 of my top spending ladies. Haven't told them they are getting them, just thought it would be a nice surprise when I deliver their order tomorrow and tell them its a thank you from me. Although they'll probably think I'm a skin flint as its only £1.15 in the clearance book!! A free gift is a free gift though right?
I'm interested in selling more jewellery, any ideas apart from wearing it yourself?

Hiya - I usually just give stuff like this to my customers as it is, so I don't put the products in the bag.
With the wrong lipstick, ring customer services and explain what has happenned. Ask them to send the right one as immediate replacement (royal mail 5-7 working days) and they'll put the wrong one on as a free exchange.0 -

when things come separately, I give it to the customer like that, so they can see it has not been tampered with. And if they don't like it without unwrapping, it can go back like that.
You can request an immediate replacement online for the Rose Sorbet lipstick. Check your messages on your account in case they have made a mistake and put a different code for the Frozen Rose lipstick.
Go to your account, and drop down the menu for credits and replacements. Then find the lipstick on your invoice electronic, put the reason code for ordered, delivered but not requested or wrong item delivered and then put in the code again for the correct lipstick. Make sure you tick the box at the bottom that says immediate replacement.This means they will post it to you.0
