I bought some avon carrier bags for 2 high orders on my last campaign and both the customers had folded them up and put them in with the books when I went back to collect. :)

Just catching up after not being on yesterday - a couple of points....

Angel - With your customer who can't pay for her £50 order, is it worth asking how much she CAN afford to pay for then either sending back the rest or (if you can afford to) keeping the rest for next time?

Re bags for delivery. I always put small orders into an Avon paper bag, then put that together with the new brochure and any samples, gifts, etc into a carrier bag. Like Aureol I recycled supermaket ones but for large orders I used an Avon one (without using the paper bag). I found that made it much easier to handle several orders at once as you can loop them on your arm whilst dealing with money etc. Just write the customer name, door number and amount on the outside of the bag with permanent marker. You can buy cheap 'vest' type carrier bags on most markets and if you have a card for Makro (or any other C&C I imagine), they do some as well.

    HTH ;)

Good ideas about using carrier bags, might have a look out for some plain cheap ones, thank you :)

Got a couple more friends orders, there was some issue with my SL assigning my territory but the ASM isnt replying to my SL so I'm going to start anyway. The day my SL signed me up it was working fine and she could save it for me, but typically by the time my paperwork all came through its not working! Don't know whats going on but I get the impression there isnt many other SL round here so not like someone else has been assigned it in the time being.

I've also set up a facebook page and done free ads on local websites, so fingers crossed it all starts to pay off!

hi, i need to place an urgent order for 15 from c13. am i best off putting it as c14 what im on now but will it come at the same time as my c14 order even if its additional. sorry if that sounds confusing but i dont know how best to play this one.

i tell you what happned. i had an 2 for 15 order from 13 and have just realised that i ordered the compact instead of teh liquid foundation. i thought the quickest way of getting it to me was to put in an additional order and send the other 2 back when my normal order comes in 3 weeks. im on c14 right now.

    Hi furby.

How urgently does the customer want it and when is your delivery?

If she can wait until your delivery, you can add it to your C14 order, if you haven't already submitted it.

You drop down the triangle on the left next to the 14, and it will allow you to change it to 13, and you can order the additional items required. The whole order will then be delivered with your next delivery.
  • no and its my mistake to be honest so i'd rather get it sorted sooner rather than later. whats the quickest way of getting it to you?

ah, then do an additional order for C13, but they say 5-7 days for delivery and that is work days, not including weekends.

Sometimes you get it very quickly, other times it takes the full 7 days. Sorry.
