I got the free samples and Anew product as I met HOV on my first 2 campaigns, however I still had to pay the full £15

Me too! is it a new thing they are doing?

yes, they were running different Smart Starts for different areas.

Some areas got the second £7.50 waived, some got free samples, some got an anew product, etc.

Now they have run the pilot scheme, they have decided to go with - earn over £xxx amount in sales and you will get the £7.50 waived.

Hobel - it's also worth noting that new starters don't have to pay the 2nd £7.50 installment if you reach £158 in your second order.

Not all areas are eligible for the admin fee being waivered, only certain ones.

    And its £148 not £158 ;)
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

lol. I think most people would prefer the admin fee waived.

Avon are big on Anew - as it is their own skincare product and want us to promote it as much as possible. Kind of like Boots with No 7. Hence why we seem to get it so much as a free gift or reward....:rotfl:
  • Thats all good and all, but if they want me to premote it, send me somthing i can use(Rejuvinate) and tell people its great.....Not somthing from the age range 20 yrs my senior!!!!!! :rotfl:

I have the possibility of having an avon stall at a pamper night being held locally, will donate a bag of goodies as a raffle prize.
So here starts my question and any advice would be greatly appreciated. What should I order to have on show and for people to buy? How much should I buy?(don't want to be left with loads of stuff), Can we get any Avon posters anywhere?
Has anybody else had any experience doing this? Any help and ideas would be great.

Other good news, got an order for £67 in my territory today, thought I was gonig to collapse!!!!!
