ok so finally waiting 4 campaigns for i got my flip flops but now 2 of the 3 customers do not want them...what do i do with them? i cant afford to have anotheer £20 worth ofstuff laying about! many thanks

hi, i had my delivery today ive collected about a third of the money so far but the second additional order has not arrived and she thought i was coming this weekend. it was before the time limit but a separate order. can anyone tell me what might happen to this? it says prepared

go into your account,and do a credit for them, if they are not showing on your invoices, email Avon through contact us on your account. It is right at the bottom of the page, I just keep going through until I get to contact us by email. And explain to them, having waited so long, the customers no longer want them. They will credit your account and you just return them with the courier on your next delivery.

depending how many items there are, it maybe posted out to you. Otherwise, fingers crossed you will get it next week.

i stupidly assumed it would come at the same time as the other order. oh well ill have to call her. there are about 5 items

Not stupid at all.

The problem with additional orders, even if submitted before your deadline, sometimes they come quicker than your regular order and sometimes 5-7 days after your regular order! You just cannot predict when they will come!

I got the free samples and Anew product as I met HOV on my first 2 campaigns, however I still had to pay the full £15 :cool:

Well avon are very silly, but its good for me. They said they'd send me some free products as an apology for flip flops being so late, they added about 10 free products on my order but 3 of them sold out so the cost of the item got credited to me, so I got £5.25 credited to me for no reason lol. But had £53 worth of products sold out when my order came today, and £40 was for one customer, she wont be happy!
