Changing the subject, has anyone received their C15 delivery yet? Just wondered what the Lotus Shield freebies are - can anyone shed any light yet? (Will be on holiday when my delivery's due and patience has never been noted as 'one of my virtues' :rotfl:)

Well done that new ASM - wonder if she could give mine some lessons?:rotfl:(Even when I identified a street that had not been covered for 3 years she wouldn't take it away from the rep and that's despite the fact that she'd sent out a circular email a short while before saying that if we didn't cover our territory for ... (1-2?) campaigns we risked having it taken away from us - doh!!)

Ahhh figured it out thanks :j Well theres one of my streets which I was given which isnt on there but its a rubbish street anyway, theres about 5 reps covering that street xx

You're very welcome. It's not exactly accurate - it shows me about half a mile away from where I actually live!

Still haven't worked out the difference between a purple blob and a turquoise one - think one has territory and the other is just F&F or maybe even a rep that's stopped....

There's a legend key at the bottom of SMA.

Purple is Territory Team Member

Blue is Network Team Member

Territory is someone with territory

Network is someone who does Avon, but F&F only

Thanks, A, you're a star! :T In my town I know one rep has given up recently; she did have territory but now she's showing as turquoise/blue. That's what confused me..... Is there a difference between a rep doing F&F and a rep, who's not placed orders recently and/or has stopped doing Avon?
