ot of curiosity, I have just started up again, I made £160 of orders so hit the HOV but realised I made a few mistakes and over ordered a few products, my maths isnt brilliant so if my credits take me just below the HOV does what I owe to avon increase?

I am doing my second campaign now and have offered a free gift on orders over £10

I thought that with the sept onwards I would give a raffle ticket to all custoners who place an order (not sure if just an order or a mov of £5-£10) and the winner will receive a huuuge Avon gift (again not sure - thought id see what you guys thought then put together a package that way I get to create it over time and its various products and can say RRP £xx)

    Ive sent you mine:j

all those who requested one have now been emailed.
Hopefully fitted it to A5 paper just so you dont wast loads on the printer! Ive not test printed it though-I will do later so try just one for starters.
Now going to email my costomers before I send them the brochure.

  • Well done, LL. If you still have time i.e. haven't yet placed your C13 order then maybe you could work something around the free bathrobe offer?

My C13 order went in on Friday, can I still order for the bathrobe offer??

I have had a few customers say about the fact that Avon dont advertise their items on the TV or in magazines, I have to admit I cant remember the last time I saw an advert (but then I dont watch much TV), do they only do it when they have a new item out.

That is true. But they get free publicity in some magazines, especially when they do best buys and Avon is on the list, but then they are magazines that not everybody reads.

Also the newspapers, again not everybody will read these, and recently they have been advertising the new mascara on terrestrial TV. And when it is perfume they advertise on MTV. Again, dependent on what your customers watch and at what time.

Maybe that is one for Avon to think about.. more advertising?

Playing Santa again last night as I was doing my deliveries - got most of them done but still a couple to do tonight as people not in grr. Some more to do next week as people on hols.

Collected maybe 60% of my customer books back and got £230 worth of orders, with one order from a wonderful wonderful WONDERFUL customer for £80! When I picked it up she asked me if I would accept a cheque - I said I prefered cash and then nearly fell off the doorstep when I checked the order value while I was speaking her her about it. She's stocking up on loads of make up though, so I probably won't get anything from her for a couple of campaigns but hey ho - MOV done from one customer is good enough news for me!!

Sorry me again, I keep forgetting stuff.

Has anybody had their freebie box of stuff for Herve Leger delivered yet, and had a look at it? If anybody can tell me how to get the purse spray into the silver holder I'd be really grateful.

I think I'm just being incredibly thick, but I really can't work it out.

    Cheers x

I don't use them as still have a huge supply from ones I ordered of ebay. Am going to put promo price on my Facebook page and send email to my customers, offering it at £15 with the free luxury gift. Hopefully some will buy it :)
