I'm really sorry for the delays you're currently experiencing with our website.
We have had technical issues with the website all day and are working to resolve these.
I have just received an update from one of the website managers advising of the particular problems and the efforts being made to sort them out.
She can't, as yet, give me a time frame for when things will be working normally again. I will let you know if more info comes through before I leave tonight.

You're absolutely right, our website is very slow at the moment and I'm really sorry about this.
Not sure what's causing this at the moment. We've raised this with our technical bods and they are currently investigating.

Morning all
I've just logged into our website and clicked around a few areas. All seems to be ok.
Not sure what caused yesterday's problems as the website technicians haven't come back to me yet. Will chase them up later today.
If anyone out there is still having problems, give me a shout and I will pass on the details.

Seems to be OK now -Got the main acc. page up - wasn't even allowing me to log in first thing this am....just timed out.0

We sometimes run things overnight or in the early morning to try and minimise the inconvenience.
I suspect the fix for yesterdays problems may still have been going through when you first tried to log in earlier today.

More apologies I'm afraid. Our website is definitely running slow again.
I've just seen a brief from the website technicians. It seems the recent problems are a result of high volumes of traffic hitting the website over the past couple of days.
This is very high priority and we're doing our best to resolve the problems. Sorry again.
