Well that's the end of my birthday for this year - and a good one it was with all those toy boys and yummy cake
And I manage that NSD so I am reporting in with NSD NUMBER 8 Mistress Spoon. Car boot and shopping tomorrow, and taking middle doggie, Bess, to vets for her booster injections in the afternoon - booked her in for today as I knew this would be my normal Friday spend day. Oh, and yesterday I booked myself in for next Friday for Nails, Eyebrow Shaping and Cut & Blow Dry ready for my holiday the following day.
Everyone seems to be doing really well with their NSD's this month but ((hugs)) for those who are struggling a bitMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Natty68: oh dear, sorry about the 3 spendy days, fingers crossed for the next few days.
Enjoy the county show and lovely DH giving you spendy money.

d3mon4ngel: oh dear to the bread ruining your NSD yesterday - some great bargains there though, hope you enjoyed them:)
Jo_Rourke: what a lovely hubby you have, really looked after you last night:T - and great achievement with the smoke alarm - we have to disconnect ours when my OH cooks anything;)

cw18: another mega-organised spend day for you as well - love the whoopsies - incredible bargains there. And another run tonight - where do you get your energy from?
And you’re right about the running gear, if you fit in with the group and feel as though you look the part, it gives you a boost and makes you want to do better - well done!:T
Mega spendy day for me today:(, so sticking on no 11, but I should get to no 12 tomorrow, fingers crossed
Off to do the usual update now, see you all tomorrow.

Yesterday was another NSD for me, bringing me up to no 5 :j Today won't be one, and I don't tend to get them over the weekend, so next week for the next. I've got 6 more to go before the end of the month so better get moving!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Morning everyone from a very rainy Edinburgh!
Im hoping for a NSD today as I am not planning on going out in this weather. Will confirm tomorrow though.
Not doing much today, have caught up with my ironing and got a batch of bolognese in the slow cooker. Half is for tonight's dinner and half will go in the freezer.
Not got much on this weekend so it should be no spend or low spend.
Tomorrow we are going to stock up our goodie supply, we dont drink or smoke, but our vice is that both I and DH have a very sweet tooth and it's complusory to have an array of chocolate and sweets in the cupboard! My hope is that DH will pay for it!;)
We'll have a wee wander round the shops then a coffee and bacon roll - simple pleasures of life, eh?
Have a lovely day everyone:) - I'm off to see if I can make a dent in the mountain of books I've got to read!:rotfl:
