Morning all
No NSD's to report yet. Was doing really well yesterday - was safely ensconced at my Mums, miles from shops (have broken foot so no chance of hobbling to local shop!!:rotfl:) thinking I would be spending nothing...and then my Dad came home saying he'd got some birthday cards I'd asked him to get a few days ago:rotfl:.
Prob won't be NSD today either as we need bread. I WILL, however, endeavour for one tomorrow. Be nice to get off the mark!!:rotfl:

Morning All
Will try very very hard to-day, OH needs to buy something but I will stand at other side of room so as not to be contaminated by the spendy thing. Got a fab bargain on Ebay, jacket which I bought in my wild spendy days for £165, got it in another colour but exactly the same for £4.99 total bargain, God listen to me, did those aliens change my head or what?????
Great bargains 3Dogs, I love it.
OK so Andy is not going to be playing tomorrow, there is always another year, I guess 2010 is just not Great Britain's year for sporting triumph (apart from the Scottish rugby team beating Argentina twice). However, I think I could put up with Mr Nadel's shorts for a couple of hours, will have to have copious Pimm's to fade out his grunting though. I'm ready anytime tomorrow Elfen, just point your screwdriver and I'll be there (is that a song............)
BigMumma of course you can come, don't be daft, where would we be without you, just leave those boys in shorts alone, at least in front of cameras, pleaseMore than Two Years in

*** is feeling very proud of myself ***
The tops I bought for work were too big (just about wearable without a blouse over them, but after an hour under my uniform the front was 'dropping and snagging' in places it shouldn't), so decided the other 4 needed changing for a smaller size (Mr A)
Then the bra I bought (also Mr A) wouldn't stay 'in place' - or rather it did, but I didn't stay in it if I jiggled (and as I mainly got it for under low cut tops/dresses if I go out that wasn't much use)!! So another return.
Put on a pair of my Mr T shorts to go for my run this morning, and half-way round I was constantly hitching them up. I wasn't impressed they had so much 'give' in them on being worn, so when I got home I went to measure them against another (unworn) pair - only to discover they were at least a full size bigger than the pair I'd tried on in store. So I checked the other two pairs - one very close to the pair I'd tried, the othe almost as big as the ones I'd been wearing. So that meant a visit to Mr T.
Hit Mr A first, and managed to change everything. Straight to customer services, then clothing to find what I needed (and fitting to check bra), customer services again to process the exchanges, and out..... nothing else bought
Round to Mr T, and straight to the clothing section. As soon as she saw what I was pulling out of the bag (having mentioned I had a problem with some stuff I'd bought on Thursday), the lass said "they're all different sizes aren't they". Apparently they've had loads returned because of this, so the fact I'd worn one pair wasn't a problem. She gave me the pair I'd previously tried on (took them all back to show the difference) and I used them to measure against the ones I was looking for replacements of (so I now have 2 pairs in a size 14 and 2 pairs in a size 12 !!!) Processed the exchanges and left. Nothing new bought there either
So I've been to 2 large hypermarkets, and not spent a penny :T :TCheryl0
