Might try the one in town tomorrow - wonder if I ring up and describe it they can check for me? I don't have the product code or anything useful like that.

I was in the one in town today and *think* I saw them in there, I was only having a quick mooch at lunchtime though so not 100% sure, if it wasn't that it was something similar, did they have jackets in a similar style? - sorry that wasn't helpful at all was it lol
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*
No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!

  • sorry to hear about your cat goan :( (hugs)

right that's me all caught up :)

I'm knackered today, feel good having worked another full week, let's see how quickly that wears off lol. Think I've been taxed too much though grrr will check wage slip tomorrow when it arrives.

I wore a floral jersey dress today, with denim waistcoat (50p carboot), brown 80's boots (£1 carboot) and a wooden bangle. Can't take pics cos my camera has run out of batteries again! It seems to be eating them at the moment, gonna have to research/invest in some rechargable ones me thinks - are they any good?

I'm off to leeds tomorrow to see a friend and we're going charity shopping *yay* looking forward to having a good old rummage

I think it's a different style that has the similar jacket (if that makes sense?). I'll pop in anyway :)

I wouldn't be without my rechargable batteries now. Such a bargain and they seem to last a lot longer. I was spending a fortune and wasting loads of batteries before as my camera went through them like nobody's business.

Urgh my 3 hour shift seemed to last forever. I hate working at the weekends, its just mean!!!

At least tomorrow should be quiet (ish) which allows for eBay browsing.

I should probably go to bed as I'm working at 8am but i'm umming and awwing about the next sale (5am:eek:) as I need new jeans and their baby clothes are gorgeous :o. I'll probably just browse online though.
    Make £10 a day challenge (August) - £175/£310

Ugh i've never bothered with the next sale! I never really saw the point as I'm
not generally a fan of next clothes..
Can't decide what to do tomorrow, have the while morning to myself (which sounds daft as I live on my own, but i mean no plans)..
Am thinking a wander into town, library and a browse round the shops. Maybe meet my froebd in starbucks, and have a look in the material shop and the charity shops :)
  • Piratefairy, i don't bother with the Next sale either, i worked way too many of them to even contemplate going- i wait till the stuff goes to their clearance shop and have rummage round there. I like next petite trousers (only petite range that usually fits well) but can't say anything else excites me. My sisters work there so i usually end up with their uniform cast offs:)

Relented yesterday and had a bowl of frosties before bed:mad: me thinks sugar is evil!! Good for you Queenie, so what sort of things do you eat-sorry all the questions but i'm really struggling to find things i like. The trouble is i eat that much sugar i don't really know what else to eat:o

Velour tracky today, dd has dancing (I'll stay in the car lol) and dh is doing the dog walk and ds1 is away clay pigeon shooting. ds2 and ds3 are helping me tidy their room:) then the rest of the house needs going through!!

    catch you all later

    Morning,

Alex - had a look for your waistcoat in RI on Argyle St yesterday after work but they didn't have it. There's another branch up by the cinema so I'll have a look in there today.

Off to re-join Team Jacob today (phwoarrrrr!).

    xx

Right. Finally left the house. Kept getting distracted with other things to tidy or do but it doesn't look any better than before :-/
