    Morning, lovelies!

Glad to hear Daisy's doing well. Can't believe you pair were less than 6 miles from me yesterday, you could have popped round for a cuppa.
    New life's great, isn't it?

Sounds like the postman's been, Alex ;)!
PF, shame about the hat, didn't ASOS mark the parcel as "fragile"? I'd get in touch with them and see if they can send a replacement.

Off on a road trip to Derby shortly, not dressed yet just flitting around in my kimono taking photos for eBay in the garden. I was hoping Lucy would go in her sleep, but she got very distressed yesterday and we had to whizz off to the emergency vet's last night. Poor old love, the house seems very empty without her and Stephen and Polly are very disconcerted.

    Today's outfit will be:
Vintage maxi dress bought from saturday's jumble sale for 20p
Tan platform ankle boots originally Schuh but off the market for £5
1970's tan leather shoulderbag, another weekend jumble sale purchase
.....and massive sunglasses and lots of jewellery.

    Have a nice day!

crab bracelet sounds intriguing.....as in it has a crab on it?!

Sorry goan - didn't really think to say ;-/
Newlife was really good, we both ended up with a pair of ireegular choice shoes, and i went home with a river island crop top and a pair of floral RI hareems for £1.99 each, and three dresses..will blog post them soon :) i was impressed! you should have seen how much we took into the changing rooms with us though!! :S

Oh and news on the hat, looks a lot more straw-y than i'd realised, so think it should push back into shape ok...

I don't think we were organised enough for that Vix - we were nearly 2 hours later than planned getting to Bristol!

So sorry to hear about Lucy :( Give Stephen and Polly a hug from me, they must be missing her.

You won the 4th dress then Char? Yay! I've just realised the shoes I really want end during the middle of the film I'm going to see tonight so will have to do some sneaky bidding via my phone.

I'm definitely blogging this outfit - I feel lovely in it :D
  • Afternoon Ladies!!

Sarah, we moved 4 years ago due to the most awful neighbours (we'd only been there for 2 years, spent lots on it and took a loss when we sold:mad:) so i can really sympathise with you. We have the best neighbours ever now:)

    Goan, so sorry about Lucy((hugs))

The newlife sounds like my kinda place:cool: what is it exactly?? Is it just over makes or like a flea market??

Today another busy one, wearing a red flowery dress (vis friend) blk leggings, black diamonte sandles (via same friend) weather looks like it's brightning up and it's quite warm.

Don't know if you already know but oxfam have a shop online, yesterday i orderded a pair of ic shoes and they had some nice things on there, not too expensive although prices a bit hit n miss, primark stuff way overpriced.

Was talking to my two sisters and they reckon next have had their best sale yet, making more than in previous years, they said no evidence of a recession there over the weekend (insert confused man-where did he go?)

    Catch up later Sharronxx
Sometimes your the dog, and sometimes your the lampost..:p

Sharron, it's all High St stuff that's been donated and they sell it in a big shop, sort of like TK Maxx but for charity. They chop the labels out of stuff so you can't always tell where it's from but I recognised quite a few newish things in there and some of the stuff that Char got is in the River Island sale at the moment for about three or four times the price she paid for it.
