Just that you suit lovely bold colours and prints :D

Pretty top and the shoes are AMAZING but I'm not too keen on the shade of that hat. Although I won't be the one wearing it so my opinion doesn't really matter! I've got a gorgeous white one from H&M mens department with a green ribbon on it which I must wear soon.

oh i think i have fallen for hats recently, never used to be that bothered about them.
am going to order the asos hat and gloves, as that only comes to £10 and i have more than that in my PP atm..
not sure what is with my overwhelming urge to spend. but if it's not quashed...
uh oh, was goign to say i would order that ditsy print dress from UO, but i won't as it's sold out..ho hum!
  • evening ladies :)

crap weather :( i hope it breaks again soon for more sunshine, but at least the humidity has calmed down, urg it was awful a few days ago, everyone in the country has had blistering sun and here we've had humidity!

Anyway today to work I work red tulip skirt 50p car boot, black topshop vest 99p charity shop, miss selfridge patent shoes with a hint of snakeskin £2 car boot, black new look batwing cardi 50p table top sale and a silver necklace and bangle, this evening I have restyled the skirt and am wearing with it a topshop nautical boob tube type top (what are those type of tops called?!?) £2.99 charity shop, nautical topshop jacket £8.50 charity shop, red and white scarf 25p carboot, new look navy deck shoes 50p car boot. pictures in the usual place :)

so work today was alright, it went quite quickly which was good. I'm just going to finish wrapping my sisters vintage tea set ready for posting tomorrow, i hope it gets there alright

Char - glad camp went well :D I knew it would ;)

and the yellow blazer is fab, very statement piece, not sure I'd be brave enough but it'd defo look fab on you

    Evening,

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Was in Chester, where the weather was very mixed, warm but so overcast.

First ever giveaway on the you-know-what. Please enter so I don't like like a no-mates eejit in front of the company that's donating the clothes!

    Thanks! xx
  • PF - oh my goodness, those gloves are divine! I love them!

Thanks for the kind words people, bullies are just bullies but these are also grown men and it really does get me down, so thank you.

I have been searching high and low for a new pencil skirt suit but one that I would also love as seperates too. My ancient grey Dotty P one just isn't very 'me'. Anyway I found a perfect green tweedy wool one in the BHF for a tenner. Turns out it's by this lot http://www.farlows.co.uk/product/farlows-cavalry-jacket and is very similar to this one on their website which comes in a over £200 in the sale and over £400 full price !!

    Aren't I the country gentle-woman! :rotfl:

Ooh Rainy I love tweed! What an amazing bargain. I really want a proper tweed Barbour blazer but they are SO expensive :(

Sarah, I'll enter in the morning :) Did you have a good time in Chester?

Can't believe how hot it is now considering the rubbish weather today. I'm so so hot!
  • I've stuffed some shoes with wet newspaper to try & stretch them but does anyone here know how long i'm meant to leave it?
I have no clue at all whether it's closer to half an hour or several days.
