I like the ones that aren't in my size. Typical!

The one bad thing about losing all this weight is that my feet have shrunk a bit and I'm not a size 7 in IC shoes any more :( I'll have to get rid of some of them.

Am I a cheapskate or is the Monsoon sale stuff not really very reduced in price?

Best to be patient and wait a few weeks, Alex. Monsoon do tend to discount very generously if they haven't shifted stuff straightaway.

Hope everyone's well. Isn't it cold? Our central heating has clicked on so it must be chilly. Jon's started surfing the net for cheap slights to India :j.

Been for a trip into town with a friend. The owner of the posh second hand shop saved me a fabulous 1960's Indian-made tapestry coat and only charged on £7, what a sweetie!! Wasn't impressed with either the TopShop or River island sales, all wishy washy prints, floppy viscose and very overpriced. Did score some huge TS earrings for £3 down from £16, tho'.

    Today's outfit:
1970's purple cotton dress with daisy print (Charity shop)
Vintage brown leather elasticated knee boots (Charity shop)
Pink suede Jaeger belt (Courtesy of Mariel)
Liberty psychedelic silk scarf (Vintage shop)
    Usual silver jewellery
1970's skinny fit brown leather jacket (Charity shop 18 years ago)

Keeping my fingers crossed for a dry afternoon as I need to take some eBay pictures.

Thanks to everyone who's entered my giveaway thingy so far.

Alex - I had a wonderful time in Chester, thanks. Great friends who I hadn't seen in a year, lots of amazing home-cooked meals (not by me I hasten to add, I can barely boil an egg!) and lots of Pimms and fizz and G&Ts and...!

Mia - hi to a fellow Scot! Not 100% sure which lace cardi you mean. I have a cream one from Urban Outfitters (now down to £15 in the sale) and I also had a Miss Selfridge black one on there, which I haven't bought but would so love!

    xx
