  • Ooh i'm relived the world cups over too... I live next door to a pub that shows football all the time. Thankfully being at glastonbury / dads took me away for a lot of the matches but the couple i was around for annoyed me enough with the vuvuzela blowing & shouting.
    I'm a miserable old fart :p

Managed to login to photobucket in the end, must have just got caps lock on before or something equally silly

Here's one from the front http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/ab202/marzipanpics/SUC53084.jpg
here's a side one because i like the skirt at the back http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/ab202/marzipanpics/SUC53079.jpg
  • What a pretty jacket, is it linen?

I really struggled to get to sleep last night so it feels like my eyes are glued together this morning urg!

  • Jacket look lovely marzipan!!

Had an awful nights sleep last night, so going to struggle today. Going on a bike ride this morning walking the dogs then the house needs a good blitzing :(

Wearing black leggings (primark £4) long vest flowery vintage looking (£6 primark) Gladiators from yesterdays car boot (50p) Fab nude colour with studs (sits nice with tatoos on my feet) from dotty p's. White denimstyle waist coat that actually started life as jacket but i cut of the arms (might dye it tho) bangles silver loopy earrings and wearing kate moss perfume from yesterdays car boot 50p and it is divine.

What you all up to/wearing ladies?

    Ooh lovely jacket MF.

Well I am burnt to a crisp, but the camp went really well - a lot better than expoected, the girls all seemed to have a fab time, and the weather was good - i woke up in a panic as it was raining at 4am sunday so i was worried the tents wouldn't be dry enough to take down, but it was so sunny by mid-morning that they were fine! The assessment seems to have gone fine as well, so a lot less stressed now!

    Todaly's outfit:

short sleeved peach lace dress, primark
dark cardi with peach and purple floral print, h&m
and startred out in my gold glitter brogues, which i need to wear in a lot more so have now changed into my bronze slingbacks pumps..

Hola chicas! Hope you've all had fabulouso weekends.

    Lovely jacket, Marzi! Perfect fit.

It's been a perfect weekend but today's absolutely horrible. The rain woke me at 6am and hasn't let up since....grrrr!

Today's outfit (I'm harnessing my inner Frieda Kahlo and being all Mexican today):

White vest (TopShop via jumble sale)
Navy blue vintage skirt with Oaxaca white floral embroidery (Salvation Army) with a 1950's net petitcoat (car boot) underneath
Tan leather platform ankle boots (Ex-Schuh, local market)
Turquoise and silver earrings, rings, pendant and bangles
Wide tan ostrich skin belt (car boot)
    Hair in plaits.

Today's plans have been scuppered as I wanted to take some eBay photographs in the garden. I shall write the descriptions instead and keep my fingers crossed for drier weather tomorrow.
  • My plans have been scuppered too... fancied a walk in the sun today. I could go to the gym instead i guess.
Also having to be careful about leaving the blinds open as there's a big scaffolding tower about 6ft from my bedroom window (no warning whatsoever, thanks city council...). Woke me up building it on sat and noones come to use it yet.

What's ostrich skin like? Didn't know it got used to make things.

Well done on the camp PF, glad you had good luck with the weather and everyone had fun.

Queen: yeah it's linen with a silky lining. Needs ironing before i wear it
It's a sort of brownish grey sandy colour. What other colours would go best with it?

Char - such good news about camp :D

My outfit today is cosy but dull:
