I have £118 of stuff in my basket. I've never spent that much on clothes in one go evvver so i've been pondering things for about a week!
:rotfl:i havn't spent that all year:rotfl: BUT a certain challenge ends on the 18 th of august so who knows.....
Ya know you can always return it...think of it as just trying it on....Sometimes your the dog, and sometimes your the lampost..:p0 -
Afternoon, gang!
Marzi, that jacket is lovely, great price. No harm in ordering it and trying it on.
Off to CamperJam in a couple of hours and still haven't packed. Mind you, doesn't look like I'll be needing much more than a bikini, sunhat and a frock to travel in (fingers crossed)!
Walked into town for some Poundland wrapping supplies and a whizz around the charity shops at the same time. It's blooming gorgeous (and the lovely volunteers in the Salvation Army had saved me three fabulous vintage bits for me, bless them).
Today's outfit:
Vintage baby blue floral maxi (pressie from NZ)
Distressed denim waistcoat (had for at least 15 years)
High heeled tan gladiators (Matalan sale last year)
Tan leather Gladstone bag (Jumble sale)
Huge hoop earrings with turquoise beads (Pressie)
Indian bangles and rings
Vintage oversized sunglasses (Car Boot)
Off to pack and change into suitable festival attire.
Have a splendid sunny weekend!
Goan

my order's gone through. eek!
excited about it getting here though
I've probably tripled (or at least doubled) my wardrobe in the last 12 months. Made a spreadsheet the other day of what ive got to see what i have/wear. Realising pretty quickly that i should stop buying cheat tat!
ooh have fun at camperjam. I really want to go away again after glastonbury. Did you mention you were going to indietracks? It sounds like a good festival. Me and some friends go to offbeat fairly regularly and i think theyre the main disco. Sadly it clashes with tramlines festival in sheffield but maybe next year0 -
Lovely jacket Marzi - glad you ordered it. And it is quite a lot of money to spend in one go but if it's all decent quality useful stuff then it's not that bad
Sharron - wear that lippy!!
Goan - hope you have a fab time0 -
Thanks Alex and Marzi!
Haven't bought IndieTracks tickets yet as our pals are undecided. Still got The Big Chill and Green Man to look forward too.
Still dithering about packing, grrrr!

I think I need help....I'm addicted to clothes shopping! I've lost nearly 5 stone in the past 18 months and it has resulted in me wanting to buy loads of new fashionable clothes, thing is I'm always skint lol. I've been scouring ebay for the past few nights trying to find bargains but not had any luck, anyone got any tips? Thanks0
