Ugh I'm not sure really that's what's so frustrating. I have some weird spot type rash which is starting to worry me q a bit, have had some of them since camp abd thought it ws just mosquito bites but there are more and more of them abd it's been wk's now and there are more Nd more :( so may have to go to the docs.

Also work has been frustrating me, as well as my friends being hopelessly unreliable as usual so plans getting cancelled at last minute :(

personally.............absolutely NO! Hate it! (but that's me......... can't do grey and this kind of knit looks  if you've got boobs.............in my humble opinion that is!!)

The owls would look cute round the bottom of a scarf, around a beanie hat, knitted bag or worked into the the backs of a pair of mittens tho'!

  • Hi everyone. hope you had good weekend. I'm feeling rubbish due to allergic reactions to something that has not yet been identified yet, so feeling mightly sorry for myself.

My face is all swollen so am dressing brightly as a diversion tactic:
Vintage 70s rainbow stripe terry sun dress (ebay)
Woven skinny leather belt (charity shop - I can't remember)
long cream cardigan (Topshop via ebay)

    Have good days x

Oh that sounds horrible Rainy. The dress sounds great though so hopefully it's bright enough to cheer you up :)

Char, get yourself to the docs!

PF and RW hope you feel better soon. I have a stinky cold and bad neck.

Due to my raised temperature I'm not wearing much today! Black leggings and a New Look black and purple paisley print tunic which is quite old, and must be nearing vintage status!

On the owl jumper front I am going to make it in a cardigan rather than a jumper...what colour do people think? I can't decide between a dark grey or a really bright colour?

Thanks Caroline. Is it a pattern?? Purple, or a dark bottle green IMO..

Alex, I will do if it doesn't sort out soon!

Yes it's a pattern someone posted on the knitters thread. I haven't attempted an adult top before so thought I'd give it a go. I can't do bottle green, but I was thinking purple as a possibility.

Alex is right - go to the Docs or even a pharmacy and get someone to look at it.
