Can anyone help you with the camp planning Char? Seems like you're so overloaded with stuff at the moment :(

I've just made a list actually Alex, with some of the tasks which I can delegate to the camp team. I have one of my best friends coming with me (she is a leader as well!) three of the young leaders from the area, and one of the guides' parents to do first aid.
I think i'm trying to do it all because i'm conscious it's my licence camp and i get tested, but my mentor is being lovely about it, and keeps telling me to let others help..i;m so scared of failing it :(

but yes, i have a few things they can help with, so will email them all now.

Oh you won't fail it! My assessor woman was a NIGHTMARE and had a go at me for including free time in the timetable and not having prayers on the Sunday, but I still passed :)

I have free time in the timetable! lol
I know the woman who will be assessing me, and she is lovely, so I guess I should hopefully be ok, I'm just worried i'll forget something really obvious!

I think she was just super old school and didn't approve of them (and they were Ranger age!) having any time to just mess around. Silly woman. Leaders need free time!!

As long as you've got all the forms signed then you'll be fine. Someone can always go to the shops if you forget the teabags or something equally daft (yes, I've done that)

Ah that's just a case of sitting down and getting the sections signed off though, it's not a big deal.

Have just realised that I've not got any jewellery on. I feel a bit naked.

I don't actually own a leather bag but we have some leather food that gets used on sofas, jackets etc. Have a look in equestrian shops if you have one near but i'm sure supermarkets will have similar.

Happy monday everyone, woke up with an awful head ache. But it's only 4 days till I go away now :)

I ordered two things from All Saints online. One arrived today (to my neighbours and they didn't leave a note and i'm sure I didn't hear them knocking!) it was packages lovely in a big All Saints box and tissue paper. But there was only one thing in it! Where is my other? And would it not be easier to send them in the same box?! There was plenty of room. I've emailed and asked, it just seems a bit silly.

tsabo i always think they use an excessive amount of packaging with all saints stuff - perhaps thats part of why they are soooo expensive (IMO)..

i don't think i have any proper leather bags either..but also agree propbably supermarkets (in our sainsburys there is a separate shoe repairer's, so i'd probably try there for something to look after leather..

and i haven't got any jewellery on either alex, totally forgot!
