Oooh what a gorgeous print. Can't wait to see the blog pics.Oh, and I was very naughty yesterday, I bought a little Kipling bag in purple http://www.qvcuk.com/ukqic/qvcapp.aspx/app.detail/params.item.138484.cm_scid.dynamicBestSellers?cm_sp=department-_-BestSellers-_-page1
and a little black purse to match. I know Kiplings are quite boring but I've always liked them, middle offspring got one for Xmas and it has been great and I've been looking for a bag that will accommodate my camera (the same shape as a big camera but small IYKWIM) and this one seems perfect.
It's the most I've ever spent on a bag, or a purse for that matter (£11.20) it seems ridiculously expensive but hey, you know what they say in the advert...
That's really nice. I love a bag with lots of pockets.0 -
Oh that is sweet Mariel. Looks like the perfect size for camera and all the essentials0

Afternoon all!
Char I love that jumpsuit!
I have never been to a festival! I think my fear of camping has put me off a little!
The rain has hit Devon and looks like its here to stay for the weekHopefully it clears up for the weekend, want to do a practice cycle for Pedal It Pink!
Today I am wearing
Nude patent heels with bow detail, Primark
Black skinny jeans, Matalan

Grey blazer, PrimarkExpecting Baby No 1 - 20/06/14 - Team Yellow!0 -
See, I like camping. But the thought of festival camoing isn't the same to me..I wouldn't want to camp if Iwent to a festival. Would maybe go for a day.0

Afternoon all
Just back from swimming with the DS's, got back in the car and reaslised I hadn't paid for the car parking fee- ooops- luckily the parking attendants must have been on a break, think it must be because its where I go the gym and I usually go the gym outside of parking hours so don't have to pay- lucky escape - thoroughly checked the car over when I got home but defo no parking ticket.
Oh and I have found my staple end of summer/ autumn and winter wardrobe item ,my black jersy tube maxi skirt - unsure of its official title, 9.99 from New Look which I didn't think was too bad, its fab, currently wearing it with black sandals - £1 jumble sale and Taupe DP vest top £5 but it will look great with most things I imagine, thats why I got the black so its versatile but think I'll be filling my wardrobe with these in every colour I can find.
Moonbabe - I'm with you on the camping front never done festivals or camping - like my home comforts too much, I'm bad enough when the grass is cut and its all wet and gets on your shoes- urg I can't stand it.
DS's waiting for friends to call then I can take control back of the TV, hope everyone has a great day0 -
I love camping but it's the thought of festival loos that really puts me off. Plus the whole not being particularly into music thing.
Dad's just come back from (I think) the Moors Music Festival up near Skipton. I think role reversal is going on - surely I should be the one dancing into the wee small hours with silly hats on, not my 61 year old dad? He's a cool chap0 -
PF - love that jumpsuit, it's very you! Great bag, Mariel
Camping rocks! It's so liberating to sleep under canvas but having a campervan at a festival is even better as we have a fridge and a cooker and room to hang up clothes.
Been to town, donated lots of stuff and feeling very virtuous (even though I picked up more tat myself on the way back). Planning on doing some creative stuff this afternoon after I've done a bit of eBay listing.
Today's outfit:
Denim 70's-style playsuit (TopShop via Rag Market)
1970's dagger collar blouse (Salvation Army)
2 x vintage silvertone pendants (Salvation Army)
Grey patent wedges with huge wooden soles (TopShop sale, 3 years ago)
Vintage navy belt (Car Boot Sale)
Usual silver bangles and earrings and rings.0 -

There's loads of badly behavioured old folk at festivals, Alex. I'm sure the over 40's out-number the youth at Glasto, that's probably why the atmosphere's so fabulous.0 -

Oh it sounded like he had tons of fun - I just feel very dull in comparison. I'm sure I was born middle aged :rotfl:0 -
I definately like my home comforts, plus I get super paranoid at home with hearing noises and thinking its burglers! So in a field with lots of strange noises my mind would be going into overdrive!!Expecting Baby No 1 - 20/06/14 - Team Yellow!0
