Beki , i can totally sympathise with you my partner is exactly the same. All of our friends have new flat screened tvs, new cars etc , cause they have saved up all their hard earned cash and so im scrimping and saving stashing money away and then the other half comes in with a new golf club that he fancied. Then when I try and cut back with the food he startes moaning that " he doesnt want lumpy home made soup or doesnt want to wait aaagggessss on me making food from scratch " and then goes away and blows money on a takeaway .He is so fussy with his food also , doesn't like onions , or garlic and hardly eats any veg. I just get so down about some times , everyone I know would love to eat home made food every night but my partner was brought up on hot dogs and chips and turns his nose up at everything. He has recently been made un-employed so we need to cut back now more than ever .Just gets so difficult some times :mad:Thanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!
