Well took it back to Argos today and spoke to the Manager who helped me as best as he could.
They didnt have any of the Samsung left as they are not in the new Catalogue that is due out in July so had a look at all the 22in ones which was not many so they only one they had left was this one

So took that one which seems ok and no Blacklight Bleed or Fickering so far but i am feeling that ive got a not so good TV but as long as it works thats the main thing.0
