I did my shop for the week today £84.69. That's £4.69 over!!!!! I couldn't work out why untill I got home and it registered....... I got conned with the fancy shampoo. The girls had been on at me to buy somthing different to the usual tesco own so I looked for a deal. One brand was 2 fror £3 and the other was buy two get one free I only looked a the price of one bottle and cos it was only 40p more ( than the other two ) I went for this one hahahahahaha:rotfl: stupid me I ended up paying £ 6.66 for three bottles!! I will be policing the girls usage and telling them no more for a long while.

Overall my shopping experience was not too bad and considering it is Thurs(pension day) it was fairly empty. Not enough in the reduced cabinet but it differs each week.

Please put me down for £240.00 again this month.

My month runs from 21st to 20th so have been going for a bit anyway.

I did extra shopping last week but had been money for my birthday so used that, so hope to keep within budget this month.

    Good luck all:D

Recording first grocery spend of July, on the first day of the month too, dash it all! Ah well, needs must. Just £3.96 on some bits, although I did then come out of the shop and find two pence on the ground

Think I might keep a sig total like some do, think it will help to keep track.

I'd like to aim for £200 again this month - I may even meet my target this time! Spent £13.65 already today, and have weekly shop tomorrow but hoping that'll be it for a few days. I'll just have to try and keep OH away from the shops lol.

Thanks for running the thread
