Those bottles are brilliant, thank you, just priced up 10 of the 100ml size, the postage for them would be £6.50 - average out about £1.00 bottle xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

12 bottles of there 2.29 wine, not sure of name as aint been in yet, is £15 as 3 lots of 4 for £5
12 x 2.29 = 27.48 so 25% is ROUGHLY 6.86
15.00 - 6.86 = 8.14
WORKS OUT AT 67P A BOTTLE! Obviously you will have to get rid of, glug glug, contents and wash but then could be used for flavoured vodka!
I hope to God I have worked this out right! Am off to Tesco to have a go as its cheaper than what I have been able to find!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

Legendmum- hope the wine offer worked out ok.
Been organised and made the xmas cakes - thou my darling mother trying to be helpful dropped the scales and bust them... theres me trying to weigh everything on dds scales - there mini ones - maximum take was 80gs a time... xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Well there was no 2.29 wine left so had to pick a cheaper alternative so the 1.99 wine x 12 minus the promotions works out at 75p per bottle! Not too bad! Had a bottle last night and they are ok with a bit of lemonade! Wish they had had Rose left as thats my fave but I will persevere and drink them all over the next week! Oh the things we do!?:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

we had a slight disaster with the wine gum vodka, think I used too many wine gums - went like jelly - managed to prise it from the bottle, - recycled the cherry container - now have wine gum / vodka jelly - set to a treat. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Can you not add more Vodka? Bet that jellys a bit strongMarried 30/08/14 :heartpuls0

I'm feeling a glow of self righteousness today
We did an awful lot of making things for the Xmas hampers yesterday.
So far, we've made delia's Xmas chutney, tomato chutney (mostly green toms from mums garden with a few cheapy red ones to fill out recipe), and sloe gin
yesterday we made picalilli, vanilla vodka & toffee vodka. So, we have only now to make the orangecello & the chilli jam & we'll be all done !
The worst problem we've had is finding boxes for them to go into. We wanted a new container, so no shoe boxes or recycled things. We've had such a terrible time finding any for a reasonable price !"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510 -
