I think it makes sense - what with the leg being in plaster and all that...

I don't know what sort of thing you were thinking.... :rotfl:

    Probably best.
  • Interesting idea but luckily he is not particularly hairy, especially in the foot department. Actually the only whim I have refused to do is to drive him to the pub and attempt to enable him to walk up a steep slope to enter the premises. I have said when he can get a shoe (or similar) on his foot then I will take him.

  • I am providing him with a tipple at home so am not depriving him totally and his drinking buddies have been visiting so he is not too hard done by. I am upset that I have ruined my nails due to having to do all the washing up. When we got married I told him "I don't do washing up" I have always had a dishwasher. Due to lack of room in our kitchen we could not fit one in and he promised to always do it. I think he owes me BIG TIME.

You've been bottling this up for years, haven't you. ;)

So... he does the washing up with his feet?

You let his friends come into the house?
  • He can't do the washing up as he is on crutches and cannot stand without them. No way are his feet going into my washing up bowl. I am a bit selective re his friends visiting as there are a couple who I have no time for. (more gossipy than the girls and make up what they don't know). And yes I am bottling this up and he will pay sometime in the future.

I suggested this to him and he said no way. I offered him a chair to sit on at the table with the bowl and he still said no. Very ungrateful of him I think, he also said to the suggestion of toe hairs "do they think I am some sort of hobbit"!

Anyway best go get him a drink of something.
