Crikey, I don't remember that at all!
Either I was all caught up in the moment or there was no mistaking me!
Looking forward to seeing you all "in the flesh" (so to speak) on the 30th. (I didn't post much but followed Lisa/Mike's thread from day 1 so will be interesting to see whether I can put usernames to faces.)
I wonder if Martin would put something about the prog in his weekly E-mail. I assume MSE will get a mention so it wouldn't seem out of place.

I may also have inadvertently pm'ed a certain MSE stalwart to query the possibility of making more widely known across DFW for any-one who lost us along the way...
But now I really need to do some course work.If any of you are bored and at a bit of a loose end, do you fancy conjuring up a case study for me?
Go on, you know you want to!
I've got my own case study. Retro fitting insulation measures to housing in Huddersfield. Go on you're excited.
Broadband not connected until mid January. This IS killing me!

The DIY SOS team made him guess who was who. If that didnt land on the cutting room floor you will see us all in the flesh while Mike guessed who was who.
We have some fantastic photos which are on hold until the reveal. It was memorable and I hope the program captures the atmosphere of the build. Janet
Hey Janet, according to the Beeeeb we're not 'Mike's Mob' we're 'Mike's Online Community'. How posh!

Hi Buttie:beer:
It's Mike's Mob on the T Shirts and they can't change that:j
I wonder exactly how they will explain us, I overheard Jesthar trying to explain to a reporter who was looking a bit glassy eyed. Did anyone really tell the DIY SOS how it worked? We will see:eek:
Will look forward to the telephone call - how is the love life?

Hi Ian
Yes, Thanks for all your hard work in Littlehampton. Were you the plumber who got very irate at one stage. Or were you one of the team in navy sweatshirts - very chic - or the one who had a birthday one day and we all sang and ate chocolate cake.:p
Oh - how the memories come flooding back. Do you think the Lady Painters know when the show is on? Ladies Wot Paint, they called themselves if I remember. I will try and find them on the net.
What can you bring to our virtual party on the 30th - Beer I guess :rotfl:
Tell us all about yourself.
Janet:cool: - I wish we had some of that wonderfull sunshine at the moment. We all had rosy cheeks from working in the sun. Psychobabble fairly glowed in the dark. :Tmember # 12 of Skaters Club

Just to join the others in saying thanks for your help and hard work and it was a wonderful experience to be allowed to take part in!!
Still no new home yet, but we don't have to start panicking until February really as my flatmate is away and I have somewhere to stay until 23rd Feb. Work has been manic, I am so tired and still not sleeping... can't wait for thursday night when I have my 3 days off. It's really very new so I'm not sure what is going to happen but I've out a couple of times with a rather lovely bloke. With my usual cynicism and bitterness, I'm only half believing the stuff he says but it's nice to be complimented!
Maty and SB, I have christmas cards here for you... maybe I should just take a photo and send them that way!
I can't remember if I said, as I've not been on here much recently and my concentration/memory is pants but I passed my exam with 72% so overall grade for the course is a Pass 2 which is the second highest markNow very very behind on the current course though so need to sort that out.
Mike, I hope you are still warm and dry. Looking forward to the Premier of your tv appearance, I just hope I'm not working!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
