I can't come to Glasgow because my big Sis chose the weekend before her birthday and wedding anniversary to celebrate. What's that all about, the one after is closer to both dates :mad:

Erm, well body balance, the way I do it, isn't very balanced!

It's a mixture of thai chi, yoga and pilates and bl**dy hell does it work your abs! The balancing bit is not something someone as wobbly as me can do, so I just fall over and try not to hurt myself.

Tonight I was supposed to be working on my "personal development plan" for a long winded meeting where we discuss my hopes and dreams and training needs in my job for the next year! (Yes, ok, my tongue is firmly in my cheek!!!) Like the rest of the country, I just hope I've still go a job to go to! Training needs, I ask you!!! Who's going to pay for them?

Anyhoo, body balance was infinitely more fun than sorting out that! And means I can eat both lemon drizzle cup cakes without the slighest little bit of guilt .

Maty, I'll get the camera charged... I can't drink on Sat, so I'll be on fine form for taking any photos that may be useful for the purposes of bribery and corruption! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I recieved your e-mail Billie though I don't know how you found the time to write, you have so much happening and I know how it is to want to keep as busy as possible but I really hope you get the chance to slow down soon. We'll be thinking of you on saturday. x

Thanks for the concern and welcome, I promise there is no need to worry, just very busy with DS who still has no college placement and who NEVER SLEEPS! Makes it hard to keep up with normal things and very little time to visit. Still think of you all tho!
