Did you try offering the script to any normal* publishing houses? (*ie. ones that don't ask for money up front, and pay you a percentage for every copy sold even if an advance [paid to you] is not forthcoming).

I wonder if Martin might consider doing an article on "MSE" publishing?
There are a fair few aspiring as well as published authors on this site. I'm sure the former would appreciate such a guide, while many of the latter must have useful experiences to share.

Hi, not vanity publishing – self publishing. Many people on here and dozens who helped during the build said they wanted a memento. Publishers don't do books such as mine as the market is too niche.

I don't use Facebook but maybe someone here could do it.
