Erme, if your consultant and/or your doctor have prescribed those medications for you, they have done so for good reason - to help keep you well. Stopping them suddenly isn't a good idea and can also lead to a relapse, depending on the condition for which they were prescribed. Speak to the psych nurse when he or she calls. No-one is trying to poison you. You medicine is what helps keep you safe.

I am the biggest daftie on the planet (is that scots? Daftie?) for not taking those meds on thursday night. Boy I suffered ...needlessly...

Now back on them and a lot better. Thanks to all who used their magic powers. Dared to go on one of the bullying threads to announce I'd come of the nic last night but don't think it'll be long before they bully me again so like best delete that post. My face doesn't fit and you're suppose to quit smoking their way or the high way...literally. Fact I've used the e-cig for 18 months and like now am off the nic really doesn't taste nice to them...

Some poor woman got slated for 'cutting down' and 'dh cutting down but using NRT'....sad......Nic is no worse than coffee according to the guardian ....
