I hope they have road access and don't have to get to the land by crossing someone else's plot. Who would be dumb enough to fall for that? I'll bet the good people of Ticehurst are glad not one of these schemes have ever resulted in even one house being built.

Why did your solicitor hand over the funds without having any proof that the title had passed to you? You may be able to sue him for negligence.

BMG sent all the documentation so no solicitor except their's who name was not supplied.
Reciepts for money supplied to BMG recieved contracts etc.

They just never completed the transaction and probably never will.

DID ANYONE GET TITLE DEEDS FOR THE LAND? IF SO PLEASE POST THE SOLICITORS NAME AND OFFICE HERE AS THAT'S ANOTHER LEAD FOR THE POLICE AND ANY INVESTIGATORS (US!)
