BMG Browne Mackenzie = Fraud?

I hope they have road access and don't have to get to the land by crossing someone else's plot. Who would be dumb enough to fall for that? I'll bet the good people of Ticehurst are glad not one of these schemes have ever resulted in even one house being built.SouthCoast wrote: »Loads of "investment" plots for sale around me.

Hi Harvestman I have applied to join the Google Group, thank god I've managed to find some help with this0

Hi Harvestman. I to am in investor and also new to this site.I tried your group but no match was found. It also says you have to be "invited".
I was in weekly contact for about 8 weeks before they disappeared and was told some things by a Mr.Edward Burchett, which are probably false but interesting anyway.
Hi Harvestman. I`m afraid I`ve managed to mess up my g.mail account (laptop issues) to get access to the group. I`ve set up again so hopefully I can get back in but you will need to approve.
thanks0 -
do any of the victims actually have title to the land they paid for?
I never recieved land registry documents - always an excuse for not providing right back to march 2010 e.g. we have a buyer we will send you a form ap1 so we can complete the sale to a developer who has paid 10% deposite for the whole site, The purchaser has been guzumped by another purchaser unfortunatly the new purchaser only wants half the land and your not on that half of the land but if you buy more land then we will ensure that you plot is in that portion of the land the purchase is buying, I replied I don't want any more land just send the land registry documents for what I have already purchased, BMG reply it takes 2 months for the land registry to go through. My reply you have already had months to complete - where exactly is my part of the land. BMG we can't tell you where your portion of the land is, etc etc0 -

Why did your solicitor hand over the funds without having any proof that the title had passed to you? You may be able to sue him for negligence.0 -
BMG sent all the documentation so no solicitor except their's who name was not supplied.
Reciepts for money supplied to BMG recieved contracts etc.
They just never completed the transaction and probably never will.0 -

The title numbr is: D:DMB 80959 for BMG's plot.map ref NS4176SW-NS4176SE. (received from: customer.services@ROS.GOV.UK)
I have reported the fraud to the police and online to actionfraud.org as well as BBC watchdog, every one defrauded should do at least these 3 things. IMPORTANT:
DID ANYONE GET TITLE DEEDS FOR THE LAND? IF SO PLEASE POST THE SOLICITORS NAME AND OFFICE HERE AS THAT'S ANOTHER LEAD FOR THE POLICE AND ANY INVESTIGATORS (US!)
actionfraud.org.uk and not actionfraud.org
