Bloody 'sweaty'.......get back to your buckfast drinking dole queue!
We may have been poor, but at least we went.

    I've heard it all now.
England being ridiculed by someone from the 'webbed feet' capital of the world.
Say hello to your sister for me when you wake up with her tomorrow morning.:D

WOW! Brilliant piece of prejudiced bile from a bitter Englishman. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I must admit I found it quite amusing, being a Scot.

But to address your vision of us up north of the border:

"Sweaty" I assume this refers to the old classic insult of "sweaty sock". I never have them, I wash regular and change my socks at least once a day :D

"Buckfast Drinking" Never EVER tasted the stuff. Although I do hear from the wonderful Neds that it is, "Pure Magic Maaaaannnnnnn"

"Dole Queue" Again never seen one of those in my life - worked since I was 14, and I'm 29 now. I have been known to work more than 1 job :money:

So to sum up: I'm scottish, don't quite fit your "typical Scot" description eh?

As for the "webbed feet", are you sure you aren't getting mixed up with what the England players had stuffed in their boots????? Honestly, this is one of the few games I have ever watched and I must say that even I could see that it was truly appalling football. Yes Scotland's team is cr*p, but we couldn't have played worse than that poor excuse for a game. We may not have qualified, however if England played they way they did when it counted at the qualifying stages, I doubt that they would have made it either.
