I'll be collecting my winnings from all the England's supporting mugs in the office tomorrow. Nice to make a profit from that shower of proverbial...0

The people that crow tend to be either Scottish, Welsh or Irish and as non of them have been in the world cup for ages there really is not alot to gloat about.
The Germans were good tonight for half of the match, we were good for about half the match and if the goal had counted we would have not been so open in our attack which did catch us.
Either way whoever won will get knocked out by the Argie Bargies.
And No I was not one of those that thought we would win it.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

I don't think the goal that wasn't given would have made to much of a difference to be honest, we were awful in every game we've played in this tournament.
As much as I hate the bloke I would love to see an England manager with as much flare and passion for the national team as Maradonna has as manager of Argentina.
If we want to look at people to blame for us not doing anything in the world cup we need to stop trying to blame decisions that haven't been given and start looking towards the people at the FA who insist that people like Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard have to play in the same team because of the money it brings in from their commercial sponsorship. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -
We deserved to lose but I don't see how anyone can have any doubts about that ball crossing the line. What amazes me is that the world's showcase competition is still in a position to have such discussions and controversy...the technology is there so why the hell don't they use it. Let's watch the football without having to focus on something that really shouldn't be an issue in this day and age0
