I have recently being accepted for the creations card but did not apply for the balance transfer on the application as I want to wait a few weeks before moving my balance over. Can you do a balance transfer through their online system or do you have to ring them to do it?0

You have 90 days from account opening to do the balance transfer and yes you do have to call them, they do not offer that facility on their online banking0 -

Got my Myworld card through the post on monday. need to activate it 2moro and BT.
Also gotta sort out the DAYS and 0% 6month issue as they've charged interest on the BT.0 -
Think we should rename this thread to 'we can't get a decent card that searches experian so we go for a sygma card that search equifax'0

... Considering closing my accounts to repayment only and never taking out a Sygma card again.
Not only did my "Interest Free" balance transfers be put through as interest-charged transfers on both accounts taking two months to resolve through umpteen layers of incompetence...
Such a simple thing as getting replacement cards sent out. I stupidly put my wallet through the wash at the beginning of the month - totally my fault - so I ordered replacement cards.
LTSB debit cards arrived one working day. Barclaycard arrived three working days. Silver & MyWorld? Three weeks and counting...
I've spoken to four agents and three team leaders about it - originally called on the 6th but when they hadn't arrived by 17th called up and was advised the agent I spoke to on 6th lied to me. Re-issue was arranged.
Called on 19th just to make sure replacements were issued. Was advised that Silver was re-issued on 17th but MyWorld wasn't re-issued because the team leader I spoke to on 17th used wrong code.
Called today as neither are yet to arrive, was advised that both re-issues from 17th and 19th were declined again due to incorrect whatever being used but they were requested again on 23rd by another TL.
Re-assured today by the TL I spoke to that they will be with me by the 3rd.
Seems that if you damage your card they send out replacements with same card no, expiry date, and CVV. But if you put a block on the account save the cards being used if stolen in transit, the underwriting team decline the re-issue due to the block.
So there's no way to get a replacement card that isn't pre-activated if you damage your old one.
