You've been referred, an underwriter will take a look at your application.

No you can apply straight away, i've read a few other people comments on this forum and they've said you can apply straight away, once it's been closed.

Its a very vague application form. I had to put my income as between £10k and 19.99k even though my income is 19.8k.

Did you apply in the evening, because maybe when the office is closed they don't give an immediate answer?
My OH applied and also got that message, but he applied about 11 pm.
A week later he got an acceptance letter;)

When I applied for Creation credit card, it was well after 11.00pm and got accepted straight away...
