    Although I'm sorry to hear the news so I don't want to sound like a cow when I say this but why should you have to leave your house to get out of their way?

    It's your home...not theirs!!

    What type? A Fresian?! ;)

    Breaking up sucks. Had I had flatmates when myself and Mr Fresian split a few years ago I wouldn't have wanted them around but just to wallow in misery. It's good to give them/her space. He's moved out now anyway, so hopefully the vibe should improve.

    Also, I'm just lovely :A

    Another NSD yesterday, it's a week until payday and that seems like a looooong time!!

    Money

    PAD/Spends = £31
    Groceries = Zero :(
    Entertainment = £3.83
    Purse = £4.80
    Outstanding loan = £1381.35

    I'm away with work for the next few days, so will try and post when I can but internet in the hotel is £5 per hour :mad: so I'm not taking my laptop with me. That's just a stupid amount of money to pay for Facebook and MSE (My main internet fun!)

    I have to pay for dinner tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday and lunch for the next three days from my PAD/Spends account, although I will probably pop it on my credit card as it's all reclaimable. I'm paying £5 of coins into the bank today to help with the spending and am hoping that £18 of expenses I'm due will arrive into my bank account on Wednesday. Bah to going away the week before payday.

    I had been going to meet up with Floozie this week but sadly she's lacking in childcare :( Hopefully we'll meet up next month though. I'm very much looking forward to meeting moo2moo next week :D The travelling part of this job is going to be really good for extending my internet social network :rotfl:

    For now though, I need to get dressed, whack some chilli in the slow cooker so Mr Fresian doesn't get scurvy and make sure that all is packed. I suspect I will forget something fairly important...

    If it's something you do a lot and that would be necessary, perhaps an internet dongle would be the way to go? You can buy them PAYG and mine is £2 for a day's access, £7.50 for a week and £15 for a month. Rates are probably better than when I bought it now, as well.

    I normally book a hotel with free wifi access tbh, but as I'm staying in a town with not much hotel choice in the first place, and the rest of my team are staying in this hotel I thought I could just cope for a few days. If it's hellish I will look at investing though :D

    Current plan for today is:

    • Go to work
    • Write list of all the things I would normally pack for three days away
    • Leave at 2pm
    • Have lunch with Mr Fresian
    • Check contents of suitcase and compare to list
    • Go to Englandshire
    On Saturday I wisely bought new concealer from Aldi. I checked it was working ok last night. Now, where the hell did I put it?!?! I have checked all over the place and can't find it and really need to take it away with me :mad:

    One day I will have a tidy house and these things won't happen to me...!!

    Have a good week Internets, I will try and post when I'm on my lunchbreak at work, or if I can find free wifi to use with my phone :D

    I'm tapping this post out on my phone as no free internet in the hotel. Boo...

    Spends today are:

    £4 in Tesco on lunch, toiletries for my trip and a slip case for some work documents
    £0.56 on cigarette papers for Mr Fresian
    £3.16 on nibbles for the train journey

    The hotel I'm staying in is pretty nice and the room service dinner was tasty. It's always nice to tuck into room service while watching The Biggest Loser :D

    I still have about twenty pounds cash so hopefully that will last me till I go home on Thursday. I might not be able to post my PAD unless I can get online at work, not too happy checking online banking on my phone!

    Hope all is well with everyone else. Night night!
