3lbs lost for me, I'm officially under 57kgs. OriginallY I wanted to lose 4lbs but I think I might an extra 4 to it, so 5 to go than. Eating only cereal for lunch and breakfast works for me but i'm hungry all the time:).My brother's wedding is next weekend, and I want to look good in my £10 H&M dress (very MSE, bought it on sale-originally was £55!).

    Hi everyone,

Sorry I havent posted for a while but have had a VERY busy week.

The diet is going ok. Was really good the first week, but last week was really off track. Went to London on Monday for 2 days, then my graduation on Thursday, then camping at the wqeekend, all in all not very condusive to a low card lifestyle. BUT i am pleased to say I have managed to loose 5lb. Which I am really pleased about.

Ive discovered a love for omeletes, which are very low card and tastey. Found breakfast a bit of a struggle as I am in work 4 mornings a week for breakfast (I work in a residential school) but have invested in some protein powder, so I have a protien shake with Soya milk for breakfast. Its not too bad, a bit chalky!!!

I have only had a very small amount of chocolate in the whole 3 weeks which is a major achievement for me and Im not really missing it.

So back on track now. Had a good day so far.
    Good luvk everyone

Oh by the way. The first week I cut out cafiene too. No diet coke or coffee. Founf the decaf coffe ok but the decaf coke was yuk!!!! Was easiers to give up the crispa and chocolate that the caffiene x

I've not been brave enough to weigh myself again just yet - I'm waiting, I think, until I feel a little better about myself. Had one packet of crisps today but no chocolate so far. Odd, because I really feel low and that's the first thing I go for. Anyway, keep up the good work everyone - good to see you Bugbabe. :)

What do you do to stay motivated? When I did SW, I bought myself little pressies every half stone lost. It's not very MSE though. I really want to lose weight and keep it off. :(

Right, I must get off the sofa and do some excercise. I really MUST get off the sofa.....

I try not to reward myself so I don't get too disappointed when I don't make my targets. I've thought about doing something like SW but I can't really afford the cost every week. Ah well. Tomorrow will be a better day. Thanks for the support (((hugs)))
