Maybe I should have put a punctuation mark in there somewhere!
 I see now! -Sorry!- in moments of stress my mind likes to play around with the letters of words and mixes them up for me!0 -

Hi,
I'd love to join in this challenge, I'm trying to cut down on chocolate, crisps, cakes and the occasional custard cream. I don't eat white bread as it bloats me up and gives me the most awful smelly farts and stomach cramps.
There's currently no chocolate in the house and if I've got a craving for chocolate I'll make a hot chocolate. I managed to get three large tins from Whittard for £12.
I've also started to keep sugar free jelly in the fridge, it's great snacking alternative.
Exercise wise, I've started to go for long walks on my lunch hour and do half an hour of wii fit. I shuold be a skinny minny but I'm not! :rotfl::rotfl:
Good luck everyone.

I shall confess: I already sinned. I;ve eaten ice cream
. Oh, never mind. But will try to be good from now on, I'm off on holiday tmrw so catch up with everyone's progress next weekend (and no, i won't have cakes and biscuits there, sun and chocolate doesn't go together with me:). 0 -
Count me in!
I lost 2lbs last week. Can't really exercise at the moment as still recovering from a foot op, but trying my best to cut down food wise.
Good luck!From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0 -
So far I've been good, apart from a stolen magic star choc from the baby lol My downfall usually is I don't eat 3 meals a day more like 1 and snack like crazy!GC July: £0/£1200

I decided it would have to start after the weekend. While I've certainly been better today than usual, I've not been able to give up having a packet of crisps at lunchtime. I'd bought a 10 pack earlier in the week and kept them in my drawer at work. I'll give them to colleagues on Monday! I really mean to do this. My goal - getting into my leathers.

Oh dear, I've already caved in to the dreaded crisps -less than 24 hours in to the diet!:o I managed to avoid the free strawberries, cream & ice cream at work (well i had the strawbs but without sugar/cream) and the chocolate bar machine outside the office and the three vans that come to work each day, full of choc & the like - so it wasn't all bad (she says, trying to put a good spin on it)
Will do better tomorrow....
Good luck peeps! X"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
Morning all and welcome to my new friends.
Thanks for being so honest everyone, put a smile on my face
See how adictive all these carbs are??
Anyway so I suppose its confession time, so here goes
Had 2 snack a jacks from my sons packet, but did really well and resisted the pringles DS no2 had. Put my hand in the box and nearly gave in, but I was strong :T
Went to a BBQ last night. The weather is fab here in Wales. I went to the co op to buy wholemeal rolls but they didnt have any so I HAD to have a white roll with my veggy burger. Only had one though where I would normally have 2. Also had some lovely potaoes, only a few, BUT as theyre not on my list I didnt feel so bad! I drunk a bit too much though, but I did put sugar free lemonade with my wine so didnt drink as much as usual. So all in all not too bad.
Walked for an hour yesterday as it was so lovely. Got some really pretty country side around me so am very lucky in that respect. Im walking up Pen Y Fan on Monday with the kids from work. Its the highest mountain range in South Wales (i think). Its absolutely beautiful but Ive never done it before and am really not convinced that I am going to make it
Off for a picnic today so got some lovely granary bread for my sandwiches and lots of fruit. Dont you find the weekly shop is A LOT more expensive when you buy lots of fresh stuff?
So have a good day everyone and dont be too hard on yourselves if you give in to temptation. Remember, one bag of crisps is better than two
Dont be too hard on yourselves my friends if you give in to temptation, but try hard today and be strong!0 -
Yesterday wasn't too bad. I managed to not have any chocolate in the afternoon, and no crisps all day! We had some healthy things for tea and I didn't go for any ice cream when I had the chance - one biscuit instead! I've been drinking lots of water to try and clear my system out a bit too.
Today, I'm planning to not have any crisps again (already gave in to a packet of Smarties, whoops) but I figured as it is the weekend, what the hey?
A bad attitude to have and I shall avoid bad foods for the rest of the day. Moderation
And when it gets a bit cooler I'll do some sun salutations or some pilates
