Ok So I need to lose at least a stone. Feeling very sorry for myself at the moment as I just cant seem to get motivated so lets give this a try!
For the next week: Babysteps!
No crisps
No chocolate
No chips
No white bread
At least half an hour of exercise a day!
I have picked the above mentioned food items as these really are my "trigger" foods so its best if I cut them out altogether.
Ive done my half hour of exercise this morning - Took the dogs out for a brisk walk and I am feeling better already.
Anyone care to join me?

You say "no diary" in your title yet not on your list. Can I ask why "no dairy"? Its just that it is essential for bones and trust me, you do not want osteoperosis!0

I'll join you! I've been trying to cut these all out for months.GC July: £0/£1200

Hya. Doesnt say "no dairy" it say "no chocolate DIARY" lol.
Maybe I should have put a punctuation mark in there somewhere!0 -
Welcome Lyndach,
I could do with a buddy on this. Its not easy is it, but I did it last year and lost a stone in 6 weeks and felt so much better for it.
Good luck x0 -
Count me in! Not sure about the excercise bit -I am far too lazy, but the food thing, definately. I will try though.
Strangely removing my trigger food is something I have been doing for the last few weeks anyway but it is good to have chums for support.

I'm in. I could do with giving up chocolate and crisps are a big weakness of mine. Best of luck to all of us!

I'm in as well. I don't eat white bread and chips, so need to cut down the chocolates and crisps. And biscuits. I exercise every day (commuting by bike to work and back, 30 min each way) plus go to the gym 4 times a week but the weight doesn't go down:(0

I'm in too. Add no biscuits on for me. Starting tomorrow!0

Welcome everyone
So nice to have you all on board.
I felt so down in the dumps this morning at the prospect of starting ANOTHER diet, but am feeling quite positive now.
We've got the weekend ahead of us and its going to be tough but I know we can do it.
Going food shopping on the way home from work tommorrow so will NOT be putting any of the above mentioned nasties in my trolley. Wont harm the kids to go without for a couple of days either. DH has agreed to help me out too and is on salad duty all weekend. He makes me a lovely salad, fair play!
So my first day has been a success and Ive managed to abstain from my little devils! YaY me!!
Good luck everyone. If I can do it, so can you as I really believe that I am addicted crisps, chocolates etc so cutting them out completely is the only way I am going to get rid of my muffin top once and for all!!
See you tommorrow0
