I'd decline the order and get a full refund and go to your nearest store (if possible) and get the deal instead, it's too big a difference.
My online order wasn't showing the wine/meal deal discounts and my guide price was over £100 just for the 6 meal deals, so I decided to go to my local store instead rather than take a gamble with such a large amount of money (to me anyway).

Just got back from Tesco Church in The Wood Hastings. Plenty of stock so got 6 meal deals + wine discount . My heart was going like the clappers , reminded me of back in 2007 when we had the health and beauty coupon glitch .

I had the same thing with a delivery this morning. The wine I had ordered was not in stock so was substituted. But instead of substituting the wine for another in the deal they had subbed it for another Shiraz not in the deal. so it meant my bill was almost double what was quoted on site.

I declined all the meal deal items and just accepted the few items I had added to the order. The driver was understanding and was saying the pickers should have no better. I felt a bit guilty returning so much food and was apologising, but he was fine about it.

Hi i accepted my order which had sub wine, phoned cs and am getting £70 refunded, i had £25 of other groceries so im happy

That it hadn't taken my meal deal money wasn't taken off as they gave me a cheaper substitute wine, no questions asked they worked out the money 2 be refunded. Hth

My order's all been collected now to be refunded. I'd have quite happily kept it if they'd have put the price to around what I'd been expecting but they told me the most they are allowed to refund is £20. From reading on here that's clearly not the case and it just seem's such a shame that all that food will now go to waste.

This didnt work in Tesco Amersham today, I didnt even get the 12 mains, I got 6 mains, 6 side dishes, 6 puddings and 6 wine, the meal deals went through but not the extra 25% for 6 bottles of wine

Worked for me in Glasgow today, bought 2 meal deals, 4 mains, 2 puds, 2 bottles of wine and threw in 4 more cheaper wines. Got the meal deal discount and 25% off all the wine too!
