Many thanks for this - got home delivery in Tonbridge, Kent and it worked like a charm with no substitutions and the hoped for wine discount coming in. Be warned you can't freeze the cheesecake!

when does the wine discount end? i have no funds till thrusday boooo
  • Has anyone looked at the calorie count on some of these puds, now I'm not a fanatical calorie counter but the millionaires shortcakes are 500 calories each and the toffee pecan puds are 485, I like a nice dessert as much as the next person but that's as much as I would eat for lunch! It really puts me off buying the meal deals as I can't resist them once they're in the fridge! M & S quite often do a berry or fruit option, I wish Tesco would do this too.

I know what you mean - We are going to a barbie at the weekend and everyone has been asked to bring stuff along so guess where the puds are going!

The whole lot of it was calorie loaded.

I got one deal deal but I wouldn't have bought six - far too much indulgence for me.
Now if you could get this on the M&S one:D:D:D:D

No idea why everyone is having a pop abou the calorie/fat value. The finest range isn't designed to be eaten every day anyway is it?
I now have a freezer full of nice-ish food for when my mum and dad pop over for tea, and we eat puds on Sundays only, so we're sorted for a bit. I bet all the moaners are regulars at Burger King and co - over 1000 calories in a Whopper you know!
Get yer bums down the gym, then you can eat what you want! ;)

I can't remember the last time I ate in Burger King or a similar fast food joint.
Was just pointing out that its not real quality items despite having the "finest" label. Its all bits of meat or chicken or fish drowned in high fat sauces. The Steak au poivre won't be like getting a nice piece of steak & making your own (or buying) sauce. It will be a small cheap bit of beef disguised with a pint of high fat sauce.

No matter how hard you exercise its still not good to buy 12 of these "finest" meals;)
