I too am dithering about this deal...it seems too good to miss but as I`m on a diet I think I`ll take the common sense route as you have done. Also there is only me in the family that will eat puddings so thats another load of calories.....but the wine is such a bargain...decisions decisions eh !!!0 -

Just tried it in my local big store. Only bought 2 lots in case it didn't work-and it didn't !! Bought 4 mains (kievs), 2 desserts (millionaires tarts) and 2 bottles white wine (chardonnay £8.99). Checked receipt and saw it had deducted some money , but not enough. Would have ended up paying over the odds. So, went to C.S and said in a rush I had accidentally picked up 2 mains instead of side dishes coz all the dishes had been mixed up ! :rotfl: Got a refund on the difference but couldn't think of an excuse to get a refund for the whole lot. Well done to everyone who managed it!!!
I was going to order online but daren't risk it now-you win some ,you lose some.:(:hello: SHARING THE LOVE (OF A BARGAIN) x0 -

What money did it knock off? If the glitch had been fixed then you should not have been given any money off at all with what you bought.
I took a printout down to the store of all the things in the offer so I could find the right wine in the wine aisle. I almost slipped up by picking up the wrong Finest chicken.
It looks to me like you may have got the wrong wine. At my local there was only Yaldara at £9.99 and Isla Negra at £8. There was none at £8.99.0 -

Could it be because you didn't have +6 bottles of wine (ie 25% would not be deducted from wine)?0 -
Just got my delivery. First thing I did was check the delivery note for total charge.
Only got 10 meals instead of 12 as the Chicken Kievs were out of stock (even though I asked them to replace with another meal, which were delivered). Got 6 bottles of Shiraz (£9.99) and 6 deserts.
Luckily only got charged £42 for the lot, otherwise would have sent the whole lot back.0 -
Oh dear, my bill came to £71 - five of my main meals were substituted and one of my desserts were. So overall I only got three of the £9 meal deals. I didn't know what to do regarding accepting the substitutions or not as it is my first online order. Unsure if I should ring Customer Services or not...0

You should have sent the whole lot back.
Best advice to everyone to go to your local store and pick these up yourself and not allow yourselves to the mercy of the pickers.
I was lucky. Others like yourself haven't been so lucky.0 -

I just got it from my wee local Tesco Express. They had the full range - £39.01 and I got a wide selection. I don't normally drink chardonnay but I'm just having a sneaky glass just now and it's rather nice! Cheers everyone!

Works out £61 with the £10 cashback which has tracked on tcb, so I'm not much out of pocket thankfully...0
