When will this end.......

Well I am going to court on Monday to apply for the orders, the anti molestation one will be granted immediatly as he admitted the assault to the police. However the occupation order will take about two weeks, on Monday/ Tuesday he will physically be served the court papers and then have two weeks to either ignore, appeal or agree. I am hoping he handles it ok, but if he doesn't the anti- molestation will make it an offence for him to threaten or abuse me and if he does I will be contacting the police.

I am feeling really upbeat today, no more college stresses- until uni in september, and a long summer with just me and the kids.

I will update on Monday once I have been to court.

I'm glad the police are doing something about this, and doing so much for you, and getting the locks changed and back door sorted will give you more peace of mind ,as will the intercom (I want one of those now!)

Mind you I did have a 60 a day habit to break after that as I'd used cigarettes as coping mechanism. And I had a hangover that lasted three days. Such a bad idea to celebrate with vodka and cider. Yep in the same glass.

Right well had a really bad weekend, I allowed myself to have a drink with my friend and just cried and cried for a good 3 hours. I put on such a hard face to everyone around me and it was hard to admit to my friend that I do still love him even after everything he has done. But my sol is right, until he receives help he will continue this pattern of behaviour in any future relationships.

I have been to court this morning and had the anti molestation order granted, a restraining order and the final hearing for the occupation order will be within 7-10 days. The orders will be hand delivered to him today at work and then I will be contacted to let me know they are in place and any harrassment after that is arrestable.

I just need to make sure I stay strong now, for both me and the kids.
