I have to say I like VO... IMHO its one of the better ones! The surveys pay reasonably decently (unlike T0luna) and I've rarely had any problems with them. I seem to be managing a £10 voucher every 6 weeks or so. I seem to be credited for all the surveys I complete (which take ~4 weeks to become available to be spent on a voucher). The surveys pending do disappear for a day or 2 when changing from pending to payable which is a bit odd but the appropriate credit turns up a day or so later... I seem to be getting more surveys from them than this time last year which is good as I seem to be screened out of almost everything L1ghtspeed send me recently!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Still waiting for my voucher i requested in November and also the other 1 from January 1st. They told me some story about having problems with A company they get the tesco vouchers from or something!. Shall email again tomorrow to see what is taking so long. The last voucher also took about 3 months to arrive.
I have been with these guys since they were called the mobilechannel and joined right from the beginning. used to make £10 every month but in 2008 got not a single survey for some strange reason for the whole year. And made only about £35 last year.
Not sure what has happened with this company as they were the best for a while.
still waiting for the diary survey of £10 as its still pending. Also am positive a £2 survey has disapeared from my balance. Am going to start writing down exactly how many surveys and rewards that am doing.0 -
I only ever go for an Amazon voucher which gives the code immediately. No worries about it not arriving or them banning you for no reason in the meantime. I've had just under £50 in around a year. Easy money really.0

I've had enough of this site. I keep filling in surveys, and after about 10 minutes of telling them about my shopping habits etc, they tell me I don't qualify. In the last month I must have wasted about 90 mins or more of my time doing this - Why can't they screen out within the first 10 questions or couple of minutes? I feel like the village idiot for wasting my time so much.
And that's in addition to the surveys which DO complete but don't appear in the rewards pane, and the ones that do appear but which then later disappear (and aren't added to the total, either before or after disappearing)retirement savings target: £100,000 by 2032 start: £21200 Jun 22, Jun 23:0 -
I agree. I think they are having us on, they get the information they want and then say I don't qualify after I have already answered pages worth of questions. Of the surveys I have managed to complete, they have only credited me for one! I have just unsubscribed!:mad:0

I very rarely have ones that seem to disappear however the way I keep track is to have a separate folder in my email account - as soon as I've completed a survey I move the email with the link into that folder...most of the time they are added to my pending straight away but this way it means I can keep a check.
I definately agree though with the earlier poster the more that you log in the more emails you seem to get, my only niggle is surveys based on location - why send a London transport email to someone who lives in Scotland (grrr)2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
Oh dear, it does seem like people are having a mixture of experiences with this company... I'm almost upto ten pounds again already which would mean 3 vouchers in 3 months... I don't know whether being unemployed at the moment means I am accepted for more surveys or something.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit
