Having had no problems for months I posted here a week or so ago to say how happy I was with Valued Opinions, and guess what ... the last week has been nothing but problems!
I had one survey disappear completely from the pending list. I contacted them and a couple of days later they gave me a credit, but for the wrong amount
Then I've been sent three new surveys to do this week, and I've been rejected from every one after giving them loads of information. I've just done one about train journeys that asked for details about what journeys I make and whether or not I buy food/drink at the station. If I'd been turned down early on (e.g. because I don't do the journeys they're interested in) then fair enough, but to answer all their questions and then be told the survey is "full" (yeah, right) really isn't fair.
I'd send them some snotty emails, but I think I'll wait until the £20 I've got pending has been paid out0 -

I agree with you, I don't know what is going on with them, but they are now my least favourite survey site, because they screen out when they have had loads of information from you.
Recently I did one of their surveys, had been doing it for 20 minutes, it was so boring, but I knew I was just about at the end by the questions as they asked again for household income etc. Then.......they said 'sorry, we have filled our quota.' I was livid and e-mailed them. I got a reply saying that unfortunately not everyone is suitable for their surveys, so I wrote back again telling them that I had just about finished the survey and if I didn't receive the £2 I would leave. They wrote back and said they would credit my account, which they did.
I no longer look forward to doing their surveys as I'm always waiting to be screened out way into the survey. :mad:Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
Probably shouldn't say this but happy with VO at the moment. Ordered an M&S voucher on 17 Feb & it arrived today.
I seem to be getting more surveys to complete although they are usually only for about £1 but that soon mounts up. There are still a number I miss out on but haven't had the problem of filling in about 20 mins and then being cut-off.0 -

I haven't had any surveys form VO for about a month - which is strange. Also the last few surveys I did do I got cut off and wasn't able to complete the survey.0

When this happens to me I contact VO and complain bitterly, it winds me up big time when this happens to me...I've better things to do with my time and dislike what feels like disrespect and wasting my time so I complain in a legnthy email and it usually gets a response.
I doubt you need to be as harsh as I am though!0 -
